Jackson admitted that he only voted for Barack Obama because of the president's skin color. Said the actor, "I voted for Barack because he was black. 'Cuz that's why other folks vote for other people - because they look like them. That's American politics, pure and simple. [Obama's] message didn't mean **** to me."

I did not vote for Obama because he is an empty suit with no managerial experience that cannot survive without his teleprompter. Now who is the racist.

Hey, there’s a lot of us “presidential” types out there. Maybe the third party should be the Fat Bearded Man Party. Every screwed up leader we’ve had in this country has been clean shaven and thin, every president with guts in this country had either a gut or a beard. Think about it. Obviously the country needs a fat, bearded conservative, as only the powers both belly and beard will steer this nation off the brink of disaster.
Imagine what would happen to Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt if they said they voted for McCain because he was white?

What does that tell you about the Republican party?
Race only matters to blacks when there are Dems running against one another, one black and one white. Party has more to do with how they vote than race. Blacks are the Dems most loyal constituency.
Colon Powell did the same thing and he is supposd to be smart.

Unfortunately, he convinced Bush 41 to stop the Gulf War; showing that both of them were NOT smart. The resulting loss of American lives and taxpayers’ dollars that followed is evidence of their foolish decisions.
Powell is a traitor (maybe too strong of a word) to the US in my opinion, as his decisions as COS and SOS weakened the US in the eyes of the rest of the world. The fact that he showed his “colors” by supporting Obama also adds to my disdain for him. ......Schwartzkopf (sp?) was ready to wipe out opposition and was stopped by Powell and Bush.
Apparently didn't mean **** to his entire constituency. A not so subtle indication that they're not intellectually equipped to make a choice based on anything rational.
But we already knew that.
And when "other people's" money runs out, and they can't deal with the inflationary inevitable results, what are they gonna do?
My survival stocks with be largely popcorn.
Hell, man, if Sowell ( or any of a half-dozen others I can think of) had been elected, I would be extremely proud of our first black president, without a doubt, whether he satisfied all my major national concerns or not.
