I quit a large city choir because one number was “Ave Maria”. Beautiful music, but praying to a dead person... not into it.
That's a great start. I'll add that after wearing said t-shirts a few times (get ‘em nice and sweaty and stinky), I'd then use the t-shirts as toilet paper, of course using the image of Mo as the initial point of contact. After that, burn the shirts.

I remember a version of "This Land Is Your Land" which was altered by the elementary music teacher to lament the woes of carelessly dumped trash and beg the audience "please stop pollution." That was pretty tame, but it did not stay that way; the movement grew into the curly bulb foisting monster we see today.
