We don't sell products or services on FR. We don't sell advertising. We don't charge membership dues. We are not a 501c non profit and therefore are not subject to government regulation. We pay all applicable taxes on our income and are free to speak our mind. Our operating costs are funded solely by donations from our readers and participants and that's the way we'd like to keep it if we possibly can. We are beholden to no one but our like-minded, pro-life, small government, strong defense, conservative grassroots membership!!

The funds raised in these FReepathons go to pay our current quarter expenses. But we're also going to try to replace some of our older servers and failing equipment this year so we're going to add a little extra to our FReepathon goals. John is estimating ten to fifteen thousand to do this and I'd like to get it all in place and working before the election cycle is fully heated up, so we'll try to bring in a little extra now, if we can, and the rest next quarter.

No matter who gets the nomination or eventually wins the election, we're going to need FR more than ever to hold their feet to the fire!!

We need FR and FR needs you!!

We like capitalisms around here, don't we? Go for it! (you DO NOT HAVE TO "sell-out" to take people's money)

I donate as much as I can whenever I can- and to put my money where my mouth is I will match any contributions from people who agree with me on this today up to $500 (ok even if you disagree) - this site is too important to go begging. Especially this election cycle.

I also think you should OFFER (optionally) to let people who contribute have a 'contributing member' stamp next to their name whenever they post, denoting their contribution level- I would love to be a 'gold' member- it adds credibility to your posts too, to know you speak with your wallet.

Maybe a $5 a month contributor can have a 'monthly' sticker next to his name... just some new ideas

My wife's brother is a PHD in mathematics, has written several books, when he gets going on fractal geometry, the old Cajun gets screwed right into the ground...... and quick too :^)
