CIUDAD JUAREZ, Mexico (AP) President Felipe Calderon on Thursday unveiled a No More Weapons! billboard made with crushed firearms and placed near the U.S. border. He urged the United States to stop the flow of weapons into Mexico.
The billboard, which is in English and weighs 3 tons, was placed near an international bridge in Ciudad Juarez and can be seen from the United States.

And putting a huge, south facing, fan behind it.
Nuke Mexico. And the terrible violence will cease.
True (and nasty)
Calderon knows damned well that the bulk of the weapons in Mexico come from South America. He was put clearly up to this in support of the UN Small Arms Treaty. My guess is that his hope is that Americans will be disarmed so that his "countrymen" in the US will be free to effect their reconquista, whether demographically or by violence.
In short, the US ratifying the Small Arms Treaty would be good for Mexico because they would disregard it while Americans would be disarmed.
Might I copy that accredited statement for my home page?
A much better way to put it so he could grasp the contradiction would be to say "If I tell you that people in country A are selling people in country B something that's contraband in B and ask you who's at fault, are you telling me your answer will be 'Which ones are American?'"
“I’d suggest building it from a few tons of the crap left littering our desert as they pass through. And putting a huge, south facing, fan behind it.”
That would work; if we used drugs The Sultan might have an “Operation Drugrunner” and send it back to them.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the US State Department paid for the Sign with guns destroyed from the Gunwalker case so they would not be found at a crime scene.
The problem is, this entire country is a crime scene. There should be yellow tape around the border, and at least it would be a start of a fence.
But then what would the DC inhabitants do for recreation.
Don’t know what the figure is now but at one time DC had the highest (NPI) number of drug users in the country. They don’t want the flow to stop.
Yep - Mexico’s problems are totally the fault of rich white Americans.
And this is not racist because?
Because it is never racist to blame rich white people for all the problems in the world. Every child that is educated beyond high school knows that! It is taught at nearly every university! /S
Hey I know who they CAN blame...
AG Eric Holder, Barrack Hussein Obumer, DEA, Customs, etc etc etc, (i.e.: US government)
Not the people of this country...
Of course they tried recently to get all those women here illegally to straw purchase a bunch of guns and try to smuggle them across the border to the south to try to deflect the atention of the failed Fast and Furious bullsh!t...
Nope, not going to fall for this BS...
I honestly believe we will face a direct challenge in a second term of office for Obama, an assult on our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms...
Start watching for the runs on ammo and other acoupraments leading up to the election this November...
Prices will probably start going up this summer...Just watch...
Rather than play silly games with a sign, it would make more sense to file an extradition request for Eric Holder to stand trial in Mexico on several hundred counts of manslaughter.
I hate it when they chursh weapons.
awesome post Free ThinkerNY
Maybe he’d agree to a swap. Weapons in exchange for drugs and illegals.
That's not lame. Either the personal responsibility that follows along with an individual's actions are consistent for all people or there is no such thing. If no one is responsible for their actions then blame is an absurd concept that applies to no one.
Hm, if they're automatic weapons then likely they came from intergovernmental transfer.
But, as long as they're a problem in Mexico, maybe Mexico should offer them for sale to US Citizens...
If only we could convince him the best way to 'get even' with the US was to arm the "bitter clingers"...
wow. he must have learned his “symbolism over substance” from the clintons.
