Come on, it’s Philadelphia. Minimum sentence guidelines only apply to Whites in Philadelphia. It’s called Restorative Justice.

In Philadelphia they have reduced the reported murder rate by not including murders committed by those under 18. The gangs learned a long time ago to put the guns in the hands of the juvenile members because the sentence would be so light. It’s just how things are done in Philadelphia.

Maybe the judge that handed down the sentence is a queer and is just following Eric Holder’s example of protecting his/her “people”.
