You, and a handful of others around here make Newt look bad.
Those of us who aren't a single bit anti-Newt, but are rational human beings not prone to exaggeration and crazy talk, aren't impressed with your fervor for him and hatred of Santorum.
So, if you have a little bit of introspection in you, tone it down...... you really do make Newt look bad.
I typed the truth; if it doesn’t please, there are other, more sycophantic posts to read.
I'm thinking the race has changed, but not sure who it favors right now. I get to vote next week, I am not certain who I will vote for because I prefer Gingrich right now, but may vote Santorum to help deal a blow to Mitt. That would make it a tactical vote, but as I said, the very poor performance Rick had tonight will truly shake his momentum.
Such a strange primary.......

On Quinn and Rose this morning, I just heard a clip of Ari Fleisher singing the praises of Newt Gingrich.
What does that do to the 'truth' of your 'cat out of the bag' silly post that I correctly labeled as 'bunk'?

I would think that, in Michigan, it might be best to vote for Santorum to knock out Mitt, but I understand that, if you prefer Newt, that would be more difficult to do.
A lot of times primary voting is strategic, and with a primary as weird as this one, it's hard to devise a strategy.
I'm OK with either Newt or Rick as our candidate, as long as either of them chooses a VP that compliments them and makes up for some of their weaknesses (which they both have).
It's going to be interesting to see how it plays out, and I keep praying for God to have mercy on this country and allow whoever wins the nomination to take out the Marxist in the WH.
Personally I think Santorum and Newt need to form an alliance to take out Mitt, because if they both stay in, I believe they can prevent Mitt from getting over the delegate line. How they do this alliance would be hard to say, but they really need each other at this point. It was hard not to notice that Paul and Mitt have made their bed together, Paul helping Mitt to take down Newt in Iowa, and now Santorum.
If one of the two conservatives drops out, the other will certainly be left at the mercy of Mitt's super-PAC, and the tag teaming of Paul and Mitt.
Paul is practically withdrawn from Michigan yet has anti-Santorum ads there (clearly to help Mitt). Paul clearly wants either attention, or power, or both. He's creepy.
I like your analysis that both need to stay IN to fight off the Paul-Mitt alliance. There's been a lot of "he should drop out" talk for both Rick and Newt, and I don't agree with that at all.
They're the only conservative alternatives in this race, and we need them both to stay in and fight.
He's the crazy uncle in the attic. I can't believe how much traction the guy is getting. Every time he opens his mouth, we roll our eyes and laugh. Once in a while he says something decent, but you can always count on him to ramble and sound crazy.
I guess he's their alternative to Obama from the last election. Going from Prom King to Crazy Uncle.....I guess they just want the least qualified guy in the room to be President.
More than enough weirdness going on, IMO.

I sure hope you were smiling when you typed this, because it's in the top five funniest posts I've ever read on FR.
Since it is abundantly clear that you won't admit your comment that "Ari Fleisher let the cat out of the bag" was wrong, as I correctly assessed several days ago, and that you actually think your that repeated ad hominems - that I have "lost my mind," that I need to "take my meds" that I am "lying" that I am looking for something "sycophantic" (still would love an answer to my question about that), and that I am a "GOP establishment girl"......that all those insults to me personally are just fine and are not attacks, while my comments about your posts and your words, and not your person are.......since it is apparent that you are either joking or are just unwilling to debate after you've realized you're wrong (about pretty much everything), I will end my part of this discussion.
I really would love to see your face, though, to know if you really meant this particular unbelieveably funny comment about my attacking you, because if you were serious when you typed this.........just wow.
Anyway.....thanks for the amusement. I love winning. I so much love being right, and proving it. I love ending a three day argument in the unquestioned victory you've just handed to me. It's just plain fun to end up this way.

Unless you come up with an apology for all the insults, don't bother to post back. I don't need the apology because it's impossible to take such a jokester seriously, but it might be good for your soul to admit what you've done.....
