The single best thing the USA could do to help third world nations, is to deport all those hard working illegal aliens searching for a better life, back to their countries of origin.
Perhaps they would then make a real effort to band together and fight for the human rights they claim are due them, in their own nations, instead of working hard to spread crime and corruption here.
Or not.
No matter, we can still force them help themselves, by deporting them, and jailing those who prey upon them here.
We already have the laws, why not enforce them?
