This is a serious question. Our very liberties are at stake and my sense is that Americans either: a. do not understand the system of government called for by our Constitution or b. have opted to scrap the Constitution and want a communist form of government. Why else would they vote for Obama?
Which do you think it is, or are their other explanations?
The people who put him in power wanted a communist government. Remember how he raised a billion dollars for his campaign? Foreign money bought this presidency.
In the world of “Starship Troopers” (the book, not the movies) Obama wouldn’t have been elegible to run for public office; only veterans could hold elected or appointed office or government jobs. Of course the definition of veteran was much broader than just ex-military.

Yes, most Obama supporters do want a socialist government. Yes.
Most people here don’t want to believe this, but I think you’re a lot closer to the truth than most are willing to admit.
I’m not ready to say that the majority of American voters are for it, but the numbers who are, is much too large and should concern us all.
This is why I haven’t really bought into the birther thing, the bigger issue facing America is not whether Obama is a NBC, it’s that more than 50% of the country voted for someone like him.
The short answer is yes.
The founders said that only a moral people can remain free. Once people have lost their moral center they will vote themselves into slavery. They will believe they are voting themselves greater access to the public till but in fact its a sleight of hand. Once you’re in the pen and the gate closes, there is no coming back.
This is the fatal temptation of democracy. A democracy between a convenience store owner and his customers means they vote themselves free beer on Fridays. And Saturdays. Once you’ve lost the notion of self-government, you wind up with kings in three-piece suits making themselves the final arbiter, promising free beer to the mob and promising the store owner to protect him from the mob.
I’m afraid it is that bad. I’ve come across too many people who have swallowed the “class warfare” pill and are okay with Obama’s agenda. They may not be vocal and loud, but secretly, they want this. They truly believe redistribution will save society. (As much as that thought sickens me).
Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice......We won’t be fooled again.............

It's those same youth votes that are fleeing Obama in stampedes. If you were in college as a freshman in 2008, you are now about to graduate and the prospects of finding a job are dim. All the upper classmen have already graduated, and are either unemployed or working at a low paying job that is not in their major field. All the present freshmen were in junior high in 2008 and have seen the effects of Zero's policies on their older brothers and sisters if they are paying any attention at all. The HS seniors are in the same boat, thinking about their future in 4 years, and it doesn't look good. The youth vote is lost to him..............
Imagine two guys. One has a hundred bucks, one has none. I tell them, its not fair that one has so much and the other so little. The guy with a hundred looks at us, realizes he is outnumbered, and hands over twenty.
The guy with twenty still isn’t happy, because the other guy still has four times as much. He looks to me, to see if I’ll help him take a few dollars more.
The other guy looks to me, to see if I’ll protect him from the other guy.

Most Americans today don’t know squat about economic and political theories. They are the products of a deliberately (Communist orchestrated) dumbed down education system. So, back to your question, I think the answer is some of both.
If memory serves me right, I believe McCain was ahead in the polls after Labor Day in 2008. McCain lost his lead right when Lehman Brothers came crashing down. Just yesterday, ex-Gov. Paterson of NY stated that Obama is the luckiest politician he has ever seen. Every opponent he has had self destructed without Obama’a help. In McCain’s case, he would have won without the crash of the economy occuring weeks before the election. Even with Wall Street plunging over the cliff, McCain still managed to get 47% of the vote with the climate being ideal for Democrats.
The majority of Obama voters think Communism died a long time ago/don’t know what it is.
The majority of Obama voters just want their “piece of the pie”, don’t understand the concept of receiving what you actually work for.
Or, in other words; they are just dirt stupid.
Yes, there is a small percentage that voted because of ideology but even they can’t bring themselves to admit the “C” word.
