The French are VERY intelligent. Small families - lots of liberal ideas. In less than 200 years there will be NO french. France will be a Muslim country. Populated by Muslims who believe in large families. But if you average the IQ’s of the grave yards (in France) over the past 100 years, the French ( well FORMER French people) will have had higher IQ’s... for all that it matters.
