The office of Senator Jeff Sessions, ranking member on the Senate Budget Committee, sends along this chart, showing that 'Americas Per Capita Government Debt Worse Than Greece,' as well as Ireland, Italy, France, Portugal, and Spain:

Per GDP debt is still smaller than Greece. Average Greek is not as productive as average US citizen. Though OWS is working diligently to ameliorate that advantage.

Except we can print dollars much easier than Greece can print Euro’s. The printing of Euro’s requires coordination between the EU countries. Incidentally Japan’s debt is 250% of their GDP. They can also print to hearts content.
