Federal agents are investigating Florida House Rep. Richard L. Steinberg, D-Miami Beach, for sending a series of suggestive and harassing text messages to a married Miami female prosecutor, court records show.
The dozens of messages, sent over the course of more than three months last fall, were sent from a phone that used software to disguise the number. The victim, Assistant U.S. Attorney Marlene Fernandez-Karavetsos, repeatedly begged the anonymous texter to leave her alone.

That's typically what they do when the Fibbies find it necessary to protect a prosecutor or politician.
It's like that funny little guy who's now Delaware's junior senator ~ Google got rid of all the pictures of him meeting in his office with groups of young men in speedos. In fact, they got rid of pictures of him meeting with children, old ladies, etc.
He was the County Executive and part of that job is meeting with people clad in sports togs ~ but I guess someone thought it best to NOT let anyone know he had an interest in chillun or young men!
BTW, her husband, is federal prosecutor George Karavetsos, 39, who heads the Miami's U.S. Attorney's Office Narcotics Division.
I imagine he knows some unsavory characters. I'm sure he's a fine husband and a upstanding guy.
However, if he wasn't, I imagine with a phone call or two, Steinberg could sleep with the fishes.

The same kind of delusional fool who would hit on their boss’s secretary, until they were brought up on charges in HR and “let go” a few weeks later. I watched that happen with an ex-friend of mine.
