The Indiana Election Commission voted today with a 3-1 vote to pull Jim Wallace from the Republican gubernatorial primary ballot.
This means that U.S. Rep. Mike Pence, R-Muncie, will run unopposed for the Republican nomination in Indiana.

Rick Santorum was approved despite earlier controversy over 24 rejected signatures in Marion County. After Santorum's campaign filed a request challenging the rejected signatures, Marion County approved his candidacy, making the IEC decision come as no surprise.

Orly Taitz, a national leader in the "birther" movement, challenged President Barack Obama's place on the ballot as well, saying that he is not a citizen of the United States and that his Social Security Number, which was used to file for candidacy, is invalid.
The challenge to Obama's candidacy was rejected with a 4-0 vote.
Did they even pretend to require any legal documentation, or did they “just sort of skip that part”?
My husband just reminded me this morning of the saying from “The Princess Bride” when Buttercup says they just “sort of skipped that part” (of making the vows): “If you didn’t say it you didn’t do it.”
This country is a lawless pit. It is going the way of all lawless pits. In a handbasket.
We need to learn from all this that unless we have laws that require specific standards to be met - or that specifically give the people the power to do what the law requires if the bureaucrats such as these commissions refuse to do so - we have nothing.
At this point government is the lawless enemy of the public. We need to recognize that in our laws and consider the bureaucrats to simply be an AID to fulfilling the requirements of the laws, but the AUTHORITY to make sure the law is actually fulfilled must remain with the people, not with the bureaucrats.
Orly lost nothing, but the Republic continues to lose, as well as all the cowardly lawyers that not only refuse to help, but engage in senseless attacks on the good Doctor.
The title itself is an attack, and should be changed.
I wish we had a foreign born non American running on the ballot. If they dared ask him for any proof, He could only be compelled to give them as much as Obama has. None.
If it’s any consolation, next week should be good.

Really? Lets see, what types of people would fraudulently use a social security number not assigned to them? Oh yeah, criminals and illegal aliens do.

I don’t think the posse has subpoena power. But if they recommend a criminal investigation and Arpaio initiates it, that investigation would have subpoena powers - and Arpaio has mentioned to WND the need to see the microfilm rolls (for instance). We need to be praying for the authorities in Arizona and especially for Sheriff Joe, that he would have wisdom and courage. If we lose him we haven’t got a hope, humanly speaking. As it is, it’s still gonna take a miracle to dislodge the HDOH from their fat behinds sitting on Obama’s alleged records.
And the same is probably true for every entity that has records on Obama, since there is some threat that the Soros people have been able to use to keep the media quiet (which is documented), to get Alex Galovich of the Passport Office to perjure himself by submitting a forged DOS “cable” in court, to get the Selective Service Administration to forge a draft registration for him, to get Malihi to issue a sharia ruling, to get the Bush State Dept (Condi Rice) to ignore what insiders said was the sanitization of Obama’s passport records, etc. That’s a lot of different people and I can’t believe that all of them have steamy sex tapes lurking around to be bribed with. Whatever threat it was, it was something big, and tackling this issue is ultimately going to mean tackling George Soros and whatever it is that he’s been holding over all these people’s heads.
And we better pray that it’s not something he can hold over Sheriff Joe’s head too, because if it is, then the ONLY hope for America is divine intervention.
Suffice to say that I am praying for divine intervention. Every day, multiple times. I hope everybody will join me, because we are fighting against the very devil himself.
Or if what you get from the good sheriff is either neutral or supportive of BHO?
