Vinh “Jimmy” Choung Kha, 49, owner of Win Lee Corp., an import business in Westminster, and his son, Felix Kha, 26 and Jimmy Kha’s girlfriend, Mai Nguyen, 41, who is accused of funneling illegal shipments through a nail salon she owns in Highland, also was arrested. All three have been charged with conspiracy and violations of the Lacey Act and the Endangered Species Act.
Oh, wow, totally was a different article than I expected. I expected to see details on how Romney’s entourage were arrested for violating noise ordinances by using the bus horn in a no honk zone.
They think it cures cancer now. Those horns are worth thousands of dollars a piece..
Like, $3,000 or so. I think this story is related to a group in Macon MO that does rare animal auctions. I work near there, and I know some of the players.
