Obamas National Labor Relations Board announced its new Excelsior List, which will continue their assault on the 93% of private-sector employees who are union-free. Now all employees who are targeted for unionization will be forced to turn over their home telephone number and e-mail addresses to unions. This will give union organizers the ability to conduct intrusive home visits prior to the NLRB election.

Maybe it’s time for anti-union unions, if you get my drift. 93% can pack a wallop if coordinated.

I live in an area where the roads are private and posted. Any union organizers who show up on my porch are going to be treated like the trespassers that they are.

Any union organizers who show up on my porch are going to be treated like the trespassers that they are. Be certain to adhere to the "shoot, shovel and shut up" rule to avoid unnecessary complications.

The problem is if your employer has this information, primarily for taxes and emergency contact information, they already have it and now give it to the unions.

NLRB Gives Non-Union Workers Phone Numbers, Home Addresses To Union BossesThis can't possibly be legal, but if it is, shouldn't interested parties be able to demand the addresses, home phone numbers and mug shots of the 7% of the Thug Union members?
I can't believe the behavior of Obama's NLRB thugs!

It just so happens that I have something the NLRB can kiss.
I’m sitting on it right now but I’ll be more than happy to stand.

Obviously the mystery Constitutional “Right to Privacy” that was the basis of Roe v. Wade only applies to murdering the Unborn, (or the Born if you’re State Senator Obama, but not people secure in their homes.

I cannot be forced to give any union thug my phone number and address!I bet they already have it. The union contract requires it and nobody bothered to ask (on the employer side of the extortion scam) if it was legal.
And the NLRB, not subject to ANY normal restraints, enforces it. With your tax-paid, union member armed thugs enforcing everything.

Is’nt this a class action complaint? Bankrupt the NRLB and unions in lawsuits.
To: blueyon
The leadership of the NLRB is unlawful.
Obama appointed them without the consent of the Senate.

Let them into the house, then shoot them graveyard dead. Tell the police they forced their way in.
