Driver pulls gun on Good Samaritan after rollover crash(TX)

SAN ANTONIO -- Police arrested a driver they say pulled a gun and started shooting after he was involving in an accident on Interstate 37 Downtown.
Police received a call about a rollover crash and someone firing a weapon on Interstate 37 near Commerce Street around 7:00 a.m. Wednesday. Witnesses said they saw a green car that was traveling south on Interstate 37 go across the median and roll down an embankment.
According to an officer at the scene, another motorist saw the accident and stopped to try to help. The officer said the driver of the green car then climbed out of his vehicle, pulled a gun, and started shooting. No one was hit. The driver then took off on foot but was captured by officers a short time later in a parking garage near the Grand Hyatt Downtown. Police were told there might have been a second individual who was also shot at as the driver ran from the accident site to the parking garage where he was arrested.
A woman who was a passenger inside the green car was taken to the hospital with what police described as non-life threatening injuries.

Actually, I just recently relocated to Tejas.
Born and raised in Albion, MI and plan to retire there. Still a fan of suburban Chicago but will change my home flag when the house sells and my help-meet joins me here.
