It sounds to me like the result is going to please absolutely nobody. NATO will carry on the trial, which no matter what happens the howling Islamists will denounce as bogus, while at the same time causing great grief to those who are being put on trial even if it ends up letting them walk.

On fox news tonight Bret had an interview with the Us Ambassador to Afghanistan and General Allen, they both said this would be covered under the UCMJ. That being said , I don't think the UCMJ has anything in there about burning satanic books

I predict that the Communist-In-Chief WILL state that he will turn over our military members for Afghan prosecution, to cause chaos, as he’s done so many times in the past. “Never let a crisis go to waste.” Will he go thru with it? I think that it’s doubtful, but it’s very possible.
