In Illinois, our spend and tax governor, Pat Quinn, won 2 counties and still became governor. And we think we are electing our representatives.

People elect representatives, counties don't. If someone gets more votes, why does it matter how many counties they won? I don't get it.

And it makes no difference ow you get the votes. Even if there are more votes counted than eligible voters in the districts. I don’t get it either.
