Actually, they are remobilizing. A Twitter account, Stop Rush, which has been dormant since late 2010, woke up on Wednesday, when Mr. Limbaugh first called the student, Sandra Fluke, a slut.
On Friday, as complaints from Stop Rush and others about Mr. Limbaughs comments mounted, a handful of companies said that they had halted their advertising on The Rush Limbaugh Show, at least temporarily.
One of the companies, Quicken Loans, wrote on Twitter, Due to continued inflammatory comments along with valuable feedback from clients and team members QL has suspended ads on Rush Limbaugh program.
Two mattress companies, Sleep Train and Sleep Number, made similar statements on Friday. A representative of Sleep Number wrote on Twitter, Recent comments by Rush Limbaugh do not align w/ our values, so we made decision to immediately suspend all advertising on that program.
Mr. Limbaughs comments on Wednesday about Ms. Fluke, who had testified in support of the Obama administrations requirement that health insurance plans cover contraceptives for women, were immediately noticed by Media Matters, a liberal media monitoring group that has been raising red flags about Mr. Limbaughs language for years.

So who is this joker? Is he an Obama operative at Media Matters?
The left has been trying to shut down all opposition voices for decades
A little more info on Angelo Carusone
It's free and it looks OK to me. Anyone know of a downside to that software?
Now, why is it that it’s okay for advertisers to pull out of Rush Limbaugh’s sponsorship, due to concerns about his program content, but it was NOT okay for Lowe’s to pull out of advertising the reality show “All American Muslim”, due to concerns about that program’s content???
The S-word was all fine and dandy last year when the left promoted slutwalks and the MSM loved them. Planned Parenthood and NOW were even sponsoring them.
Is anybody else reminded of the Hairy Reid letter?
The joker ‘organizing’ this is a ‘Campaign Director’ for Media Matters!
This was a planned assault from the get go.
Sandra Fluke and the Media Matters people need to get a life.
And now Rush will learn the futility of attempting to placate the “Men of Sodom.”
Of course it was pre-planned. That is the nature of leftwing political warfare.
These maggots are not going to let this die if they can help it. Apology or not, leftist commies are like chickens picking apart another chicken after spotting blood.
I wish Rush had felt there was an option because at this point, an apology just fueled the frenzy.
“Media Matters, a liberal media monitoring group”
Run by mentally ill, David Brock, and paid for by George Soros ...
One would suspect that her lover(s) can provide some of those supplies as well, especially in this 'enlightened and liberated age'.
Even if she has a steady fellow who is (excuse the expression) hornier than a two peckered billygoat, if the means of contraception are beyond her budget and his (theirs?), perhaps cold showers are in order.
Nobody should be surprised.
Brock was so needy of attentionso desperate for regard from an audience (and perhaps any audience)that he admits, “I demonized my enemies on the staff...” at his college newspaper while he was a student at Berkeley.
So it is no surprise that Brock mentions illegal drug use in his book, “Blinded by the Right.”
Brocks reported obsession with arming himself and being protected by body guards and running from snipers on rooftops would be nothing more than fleeing from the overheated projections of his self-loathing.
Any psychiatrist will tell you, however, that a person who holds two diametrically opposed views of the world, who speaks of himself as a hit man, who encourages a war on a group of journalists (in this case, Fox News), who has by his own admission been a drug user, who has been delusional and who reportedly is playing with guns and thinks there are assassins out to get him...needs some help.
The women at Media Matters should light their tampons, because that’s the only bang they’ll ever get.
And some one give that Fluke a vibrator so she can buzz off into the sunset.
