"I'm worried about this campaign. Too ugly. I really don't like it, and I think it's too bad, very much, for Mitt Romney," Former First Lady Barbara Bush said on FOX News' "The Five" today.

"I think it's been the worst campaign I've ever seen in my life," she said.

Bush and her husband, former President George H. W. Bush have endorsed Mitt Romney for the nomination.

"I'm worried about this campaign because it's too ugly. I really don't like it. And I think it's too bad and I'm very much for Mitt Romney, as is I guess my husband. I'm endorsing him for George, but … there I go again," Bush told FOX News.

Well Babs, your husband and his milquetoast cronies have NOBODY to blame but themselves. Stop shoving RINO losers down our throats and we won’t have this problem anymore.

The mud slinger is her favorite, so I suppose she must really be OK with it.

Former first ladies endorsing nominee hopefuls (BEFORE the selection is final) is part of the problem.

Once the nominee is selected, former first ladies could and really ought to step forward and support the Conservative candidate.

Bemoaning the perfectly logical and necessary process by which hopefuls are sorted out BY THE VOTERS is really out of place.

If it is ugly and dirty, that is because the MSM has openly campaigned for the incumbent and continues to do so, EVEN during the challengers’ campaigning.

Barbara you were a decent First Lady; however, it is way past time for the Bush Dynasty and it’s political endorsements to fade quietly into the background.

Great as he was, even Ronald Reagan had the decency and class to know when it was time to leave the limelight. Barbara, bless your heart, it’s time to go now.

Think it bad now. Just wait until after the convention.
This is just a dress rehearsal.

Romney is just running a typical Bush-style campaign. Beat the tar out of every conservative running using lies and a huge amount of campaign cash. Then, appear meek and subservient to the Democrat in the general election.

It is long past time for the Bush dynasty to be GONE.

Her telling Palin to stay in Alaska was the last straw with me, too. I used to think alot of her, but now I try not to think of her at all.

Respectful questions to be posed to Mrs. Bush:

1. Have you and President Bush analyzed the source of the most negative TV ads and statements throughout this Primary Season?

2. If so, will you personalize your concern about the tone by advising the candidate who is the main source of such negativity to cease and desist his association with such ads?

Oh, sometimes we forget that the candidate whose campaign is the source of most of the negativity asks us to believe that, although he is capable of leading the free world, he cannot influence the SuperPacs funding such negativity!

Many Americans simply see such negativity as a "temper tantrum" by the GOP-e at having its designated candidate consistently rejected by at least 2/3 of the GOP electorate.
