Did threats silence media on Obama probe?
WND ^ | March 07, 2012 | Bob Unruh

The lead investigator in Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s review of the authenticity of Barack Obama’s birth certificate today unloaded a bombshell about the case: that he was told by sources members of the media were threatened with federal investigations should they continue to report on the birth certificate issue.

Lead investigator Mike Zullo told WND that as he was preparing information to be presented to the public “it was clear that the mainstream media was not going to be in attendance” at the sheriff’s scheduled new conference, where he revealed facts suggesting both fraud and forgery in the image of a Hawaiian birth certificate that the White House released as “proof positive” of Obama’s eligibility for office last year.

“During our investigation, we actually were told [that media] had been threatened with FTC investigations. Commentators [had been] threatened with their jobs,” Zullo said. The threats were so intimidating that some individuals quit their positions over safety concerns for their families, he said.

So the problem became to get the information to the American public in spite of an intentional media blackout, since citizens still must make critical leadership decisions about their government through the election process.

Hell, that’s how FDR did it. Read the histories of the 30s and the New Deal. The abuses of power by the executive were simply staggering beyond belief.

Their site seems to go for the sensational but also often has some pretty whacky stuff too.

This is an age when the outrageous improbability of a crime is the first defense.

Like the BATF running guns to Drug Cartels...

Like the DEA laundering money for Drug kingpins...

Like the US Government dumping half a billion taxpayer dollars into a 'solar energy' company well on its way to bankruptcy with a seriously flawed business model (and doubtless getting plenty of kickbacks along the way).

...just for starters.

Okay, "nut-job conspiracy theory" perhaps. But would you put any of this past the Obama Chicago crew? Today's Democrats are the Nazis of the 1930's, without the charm.

” - - - There’s a great bumper sticker in there somewhere!!!”

Great idea! Put me down for 4 when you get them printed.

BTW, maybe add in something about “Domination by Obamanation is why Women vote for Obama.” Needs work, so see what you can do.

Martin wrote that the sheriff also failed to mention that much of the evidence concerned questions about the digital scan “that was already investigated and proven to be false” by another investigative agency, “National Review Online.”

Since when has National Review Online been an investigative agency?

I didn’t know that when Barry the Kenyan Guy said he was going to “fundamentally transform” this country that he meant he was going to turn it into a fascist police state. We’re in a heap of trouble.

People in high places throughout the government have been told not to cross the line. Their families have been threatened. How else could all the treachery we see just continue and continue and continue without anyone making noises and raising hell?

Yes, we’re screwed.

Who would have ever thought that this would happen in the USA? /sarc> Remember 1992 and the bimbo eruptions suppression team, 1998 and the impeachment threats? History repeats.....

>That kind of thing would never happen here.<

.
Our heroic congresscritters would never allow it to happen.

They’re all members of the ‘Give me liberty or give me death’ crowd.

A lot of us are working on various Obama projects. I’m looking into Obama’s contact with a Soviet agent of influence. I was the first to bring this to the public’s attention and it was written up in the Wash. Post, March 22, 2008, Dana Milbank’s smear column on page 2 or 3.

One of my happiest contributions was to the “cause” was for the book “Unfit for Command” about John Kerry and his far-left connections in the Hanoi Lobby. More of my contributions can be found on the Swift Boat Veterans Against John Kerry website, as well as in Scott Swett’s book “To Set the Record Straight”, about Kerry’s service in Vietnam, where I was a journalist.

I was in Nam and Cambodia 41 years ago so I’ve put on a few miles and a couple heart attacks along the way. I’m hoping that the younger conservative whippersnappers will go out and get the story and the truth about Obama.

Otherwise, we old-timers will have to put on our “junggies” and get back in the Big Muddy to show them how to do the job right. Not a bad thought, at that.

What gets me about articles like this is that they concentrate on the BC. They pull statements that it has been “debunked” and such. However, they fail to mention and ask these outfits that claim the BC forgery was “debunked” about the other part of the investigation- the forged selective service registration. To me that is the more serious of the two. That is tampering with a federal record.
