Murdoch: Mayor Bloomberg Called President Obama the Most “Arrogant” Man He Ever Met
You may recall that during President Obama’s vacation at Martha’s Vineyard, on August 27 he took in a round of golf at the Vineyard Golf Club in Edgartown, playing golf with New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg; Democratic lawyer, business man and éminence grise Vernon Jordan; and White House trip director (and former golf pro) Marvin Nicholson.
The pool report at the time said that “We are told Bloomberg and Obama talked in the clubhouse for about 15 mins about the economy. They then went to the driving range.”
Apparently – at least from a second-hand report – the Obama-Bloomberg convo could have gone better.
In an interview with The Australian Financial Review, conservative media magnate Rupert Murdoch says ”Bloomberg said it was a pleasant day. In conversation he put a few ideas … He said it was like verbal ping pong.”
Bloomberg, according to Murdoch, “came back and said ‘I never met in my life such an arrogant man’.”

LOL! Just what I was thinking. Talk about arrogance, Bloomie is the definition. I live in New York city and cannot wait for that yayhole to go although knowing the idiots in this city, they’ll vote in someone even worse like Christine Quinn.
Perhaps the King of NYC was the last man in line to find this out. What an alternate universe of egotism he lives in also.

Did you read yesterday’s NYTs article wherein Bloomberg attacked our restaurants (the greatest on earth!) for being dirty - and saying our waiters didn’t wash their hands? All in an effort to fight off the city council’s attack on the stupid rating system that is all about forcing restaurants to pay up to his corrupt administration. It infuriates me to see the “A” posted in the windows in some of our restaurants - so childish. But Nanny Bloomberg views everyone as a child.
These pictures of Obama sticking his nose in the air are driving me CRAZY! Are these for real? Is Obama really channeling Benito Mussolini, or is there some photographic sleight of hand going on here?
I vividly recall that chin being up there while he waited to be introduced at his inauguration.
