Among the records missing for Barack Obama that would be available for an ordinary president are passport records, school records such as those from Punahou, Occidental, Columbia and Harvard, Harvard Law Review writings, scholarly articles for the University of Chicago, state bar association records from Illinois, Illinois state senate records, the marriage and divorce documents for his mother, his adoption records and others.
Now it has been revealed that the Cold Case Posse assembled by Sheriff Joe Arpaio in Maricopa County, Ariz., cannot confirm yet that Obama was not born in Kenya and brought to the United States as a days-old infant for his birth to be registered in Hawaii.
The reason? Missing records.
Speculation has held that Obama actually was born in Kenya, and as the son of an American woman and Kenyan father, probably would not have been considered under any circumstances to be a “natural born citizen” of America, as the Constitution demands for presidents.
It’s been revealed that the Kenyan government actually investigated that possibility earlier, without conclusive results.
Now Arpaio’s team, which was assembled to work on a volunteer basis after hundreds of constituents expressed fear that Obama was having his name put on the 2012 election ballot in Arizona using a fraudulent document, has reported that it checked to determine whether a young mother arrived in the United States from Kenya in the days after Obama’s reported Aug. 4, 1961, birth date.

When Corsi went to Kenya for investigative research on information concerning Bath-House Barry’s birthplace, the Kenyan govt held him for a time. (probably waiting for “instructions” from the DNC.)

Changing 'Ann Dunham' to 'Ann Dunham 0bama' would indicate that Ann was not married when Barack Jr. was born. More interestingly, Barack Jr. looks NOTHING like his alleged father Barack Sr.
It does not matter if he was born in Hawaii or Kenya, either way, he is not a “natural born” citizen.

Also, right before elections, all muslim money traders had pictures of their candidate in his muslim regalia. They had already vetted their man.

I also remember seeing, online, a copy of a supposed letter
that Obumber sent to Kapiolani, but for some reason was recalled or denied, after the fact.
That is why Obama troops are trying to conflate native born with natural born. They are separate classes, clearly delineated by 14th Amendment author John Binghim, who is careful never to include the phrase ‘natural born citizen’ in the wording of the amendment.
Baraka (the first name he chose to use for the poster advertising the Alinsky play and panel discussion) told us the he was a naturalized citizen on Fightthesmears.com. He is letting the press redirect attention to digital representations of certificates of live birth and whatever other nonsense they come up with. Their techniques are right out of Rules for Radicals, disparaging questions about foreign birth, calling people names, disparaging their intelligence. Again, Baraka has never claimed to be a natural born citizen. Nancy Pelosi may have signed a form claiming natural born citizenship, but even that was lawyer-ed up; there appear to have been two forms provided to the State of Hawaii, one with NBC, one without.

exactly HOW can a a person that is an American citizen and British by descent at birth be a natural born citizen?
It’s simply not possible. ‘Natural born citizen’ means a citizen that, upon their birth, can ONLY BE an American as there are no alternatives. This is why the founders changed the language from ‘citizen’ to ‘natural born citizen’. Their intention was to insure no one with split loyalties at birth could assume the office.
We have an election coming up in November and they are allowing someone on the ballot that is Constitutionally ineligible to assume office.

So how unusual is this? Are there other gaps in the reels? If not, this would be a smoking gun impossible for Zero's enablers to explain away. We need to know how abnormal and statistically significant this gap is.
From what I’ve been able to research, the bottom line is that Obama isn’t a Natural Born citizen. However, since the powers that be (the press, the DNC, Court judges, Congresscritters from both parties, the military leaders, etc.) have decided to ignore it, it really is a dead issue.
I don’t, for a moment believe Obama is behind the obfuscation of this. He is now, and forever has been an empty suit, a manipulated puppet (muppet?) for other people.
Regardless of that, he is still dangerous, but I think that part of the thinking of some of the people in power is that they think America or their specific organizations are too powerful to be taken over or damaged by ignoring “one” problem with “one” president. They are wrong and America will suffer forever because of this arrogance and ignorance. No nation (except for maybe Israel) will last forever. Unfortunately people have for too long assumed that America and the Freedom she protects will go on forever. Freedom was not easily won and once it’s gone, it won’t be easily re-won.
Also, the handwritten 9 in Fathers Race and Fathers Occupation are the statics encoding of ‘not stated’.
I believe the document originally filled out was delayed and did not include a father at all.
But I am not a fan of the Kenyan birth scenario. The logistics are too complex for the time period. The two individuals never were in a serious husband-wife relationship and there, thus far, has been not records to indicate Obama Senior ever left the US in 1961 or in between 1959-1964.
Sometimes you have to wonder if Kenya is a planted story to create confusion.
Sheriff Joe should make a call to MI6 in London.

It’s already been reported there are no gaps in the +/- 10 years that were looked at. So it would be highly unusual, in fact near certain proof that a coverup has occurred.

These reports are disturbing but not surprising. The real culprit that we know too well is the MSM.
Having a relative who is a reporter for a MSM financial newspaper, I am told the reporters are put into compartmentalized boxes for what they can and can’t pursue as news stories, Their editors control them tightly. So it would be true then that a relatively few people control the message. Those that are not under control tend to report things that we as conservatives read because we are suspicious of MSM whitewashing of news; and these uncontrolled reporters are viewed with contempt by MSM and their surrogate pundits.

Something else to this story, right after baraq became president, several members of his staff made multiple trips to Kenya. His media reported the trips but with the least amount of detail needed. Rahm emmanuel was in Kenya several times early on in this goof’s reign.

I read a quote (IIRC a direct quote but it’s been a lot of days with a lot of threads) in which Arpaio said his posse had traveled “internationally”.
Hospitals don't keep medical records forever. Even assuming Obama was born there, it's unlikely that Kapiolani would even still have those records.

This supposed missing data strikes me as a bit odd. Anyone who had access to the database to delete things could have deleted or modified only a record potentially damaging to Obama rather than deleting an entire week's worth of information.The microfilms that were found for the time period include “NARA Record Group A3573, Reel 184, INA records from July 28, 1961 through Aug. 7, 1961″ and “NARA Record Group A3573, Reel 185, INA records from Aug. 8, 1961 through Aug. 12, 1961.”
However, “Remarkably, all INS records for the week of Obama’s birth, Aug. 1 – Aug. 7, 1961, were missing from the end of Reel 184 and were not discovered anywhere on Reel 185, or any other microfilm reel in the record group,” the report said.
“The National Archives confirmed in a letter written on National Archives stationary that the INS records for foreign flights arriving in Hawaii during the week of Obama’s birth were missing, not only on the microfilm reels examined, but also in the primary database itself,” the report said.

For a while, I believed that Barry was intentionally letting the BC speculation go on and on, as a diversion from the true “2 citizen parents” NBC issue. However, now I’m convinced that he fails to qualify for NBC on both counts: juis solis and juis sangris.

Very clever if you think about it. Delete a week and there is nothing to compare. Delete one entry and you can compare it to entries before and after. If you change one record you can compare it to other records in the string. If you delete one week there is no way you can compare anything. Very clever.

I’ve heard that too but I thought I had seen other LFBC examples from HI that showed the same hospital name as that on Obama’s. So I’m not sure that is a legitimate claim...

The violation of oath to the Constitution has reached such a level that even if a birth record from a different country were presented as evidence, this fraudulent democrat operative will be protect ... and the demise of a handful of people at this point, in protecting barry the bassturd boy dunham shows this batch of criminals are not going to relinquish their power to feckless wimps. We can also confirm that Obama’s registration was not on-line until fall of 2008, unlike the other 500,000 men born in 1960 - 1961.
Therefore, we must acknowledge that our president is a fraudulent POS who peddles forged documents.
I seem to recall Sandy Berger stuffing documents down his pants. People who do such things aren't always efficent. If someone messed with the flight records microfilms, they may have had to delete more than one record and just took out a chunk for convenience or out of sloppiness.
Data base must have back up files.
Yeh all the previous presidents sealed their records by executive order on day one in the whitehouse. Not.

But that is the subject. It's precisely the kind of argument this peice makes, and is a typical birther style argument.
