AKRON, Ohio – Jimmy Dimora is guilty of racketeering -- and all but one of the 34 federal charges he was facing.
That's the verdict from a federal jury on the three dozen charges on which the panel is deciding today at the John F. Seiberling Federal Building and U.S. District Court.
Dimora was found not guilty, however, on Count 30 in the indictment, for allegedly defrauding his campaign fund out of money by having Executive Caterers bill the fund for a birthday party for Dimora's wife.
The verdicts were read this afternoon on 26 charges relating to Dimora alone, three relating only to co-defendant, Michael Gabor of Parma and five in which both defendants were named. Gabor was found guilty on seven of the eight charges he was facing, including racketeering.
The DNC is trying to downplay this, but...from an old headline when this all began (2009):
“Thomas Day, Bedford clerk of courts, seen as likely candidate to replace Jimmy Dimora as Cuyahoga County Democratic chairman”
Yep, this guy was head of the county DNC!
The County is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Democrat Party. Every elected and appointed official in the county is a Democrat. Every mayor, city council person, and local official (outside of the odd suburban community) is a Democrat!
The entire Democrat Party of Cuyahoga County was proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of being a corrupt organization under RICO statute and should be disbanded and NOT be allowed to reorganize for a minimum of ten years.
No One who holds elected office TODAY as a Democrat should be allowed to remain in office. Everyone that presently holds office in the County should be BARRED from public Service for LIFE!
informing they failed in their press article of Dimora being quilty that he is a member of the DEMOCRAT Political Party..a prime example of the MSM not fully reporting the happenings to the public for if he was a Republican it would have been in the bold print title..

The loss of businesses in both failure to lure to the City and loss from the City and area, as well as the lost population, opportunity and self esteem of the area has to be in the untold tens if not hundreds of billions of dollars. And everyone was complicit, Everybody knew. The local press, the business community and every official in government from the local small town suburban school board member right up to Barack H. Obama knew and had business dealing with Dimora and his henchmen in Cuyahoga County.
They have been rigging elections and stuffing Ballot boxes for the last half century at l;east. All at the behest of the National DNC.

Absolutely! Cleveland was well on it’s way to becoming Chicago. I know the mob ties go back decades from what my step father told me. I understand Elliot Ness was even hired to clean things up! Hope Cleveland can finally turn things around. BTW is Connie Shultz (Sherrod Brown’s wife) still writing for the Plain Dealer??? Just curious.
