The entire personal question section should be scrapped.
It still amazes me that one of the criteria boxes is

I thought this was already the law. That’s why when I need to advertise for an employee or tenant I do so only in local conservative churches. I don’t have to worry about dealing with the homos that way. It’s always worked, usually within a couple of weeks I have filled the position or leased the property.
