Texas already has had a voter ID law in place for decades.
The new voter ID law requires a photo ID.
I think this argument that photo ID is discriminatory is just going to fall flat on its face because the previous law was already in place.
I have always shown my ID. I think you can use a non-photo ID, If there is such a thing. Utility bill mabey?
