The controversy over requiring voters to provide photo IDs has reached the world stage.
The United Nations Human Rights Council is investigating the issue of American election laws at its gathering on minority rights in Geneva, Switzerland.. This, despite the fact that some members of the council have only in the past several years allowed women to vote, and one member, Saudi Arabia, still bars women from the voting booth completely.
Officials from the NAACP are presenting their case against U.S. voter ID laws, arguing to the international diplomats that the requirements disenfranchise voters and suppress the minority vote. Eight states have passed voter ID laws in the past year, voter ID proposals are pending in 32 states and the Obama administration has recently moved to block South Carolina and Texas from enacting their voter ID measures.
"This really is a tactic that undercuts the growth of your democracy," said Hillary Shelton, the NAACP's senior vice president for advocacy, about voter photo ID requirements.

if we are going to enforce birthright citizenship and “anchor babies,” do it all the way. Draft every single person born on US soil (except for children of diplomats) for government service, and tax all income of such people even if living abroad to the extent legally and logistically possible. And get rid of dual citizenship.
I’m no expert, i could be wrong about all this. But I thought the British concept of being born on the soil was to give them the largest number of possible conscripts as possible.
I’ll bet that the people that are to testify at the UN had to show a photo ID to get in.
There is no controversy. The only people against it are criminals - foreign nationals in the country illegally, people who vote multiple times, and Democrats.
The Constitution is too fair for some people, so they must circumvent it to have their way.
And what’t the UN going to do: Send Blue Hats to Indiana and Texas polling locations to ensure that all minorites get to double-dip?
Maybe the UN should be asked for their opinion on the authenticity of Obama’s birth certificate and hear Sheriff Joe’s evidence.

The reference to English Common Law in the Wong Kim Ark case was a mistake by the court. English Common Law is a relic of feudalism, and the United States Constitution is a rejection of feudalism.

One word to Obama and an executive order will execute any demands the UN ‘commission’ has on us. You know that is the truth.
They’ll require that the United States abide by its Constitution to honor all treaties,
just like they would with the UN “Rights of the Child” treaty if it is ratified.
So, your local LEOs would be required to make the decision to enforce the edict or openly violate the treaty.
I don’t think this will fly with the American People. Well, it might for the far left who want this so they can continue to cheat their way into office.
This should wake up a few people; hopefully enough to make a difference.
The "President" can be expected to welcome this intrusive insult.

While you are probably right, but what can they possibly do about it?
We do not have a high enough percentage of people of character, honor, and most importantly a WILL to follow the instructions of Thomas Jefferson. He told us what to do when confronted with a government no longer responding to the will of the people but again maybe it was the fluoride in the water that ate all our backbones.
We have a clear case for Holder’s removal yet he is still in place.
BO and Holder prove you no longer have to hold all the Aces to win, just the joker race card.
The American People care more about who is going to be voted off of American Idol.
