Mediaite: Former Employee of James O’Keefe To Spill All; Claims He Drugged Her, Stole Her Panties

I guess I have to take this seriously, because the charges are serious, but I don’t recall Hannah Giles peddling any such accusations.

Naffe’s complaint alleges that O’Keefe invited her to his New Jersey home to work on a project, where she was to stay in a finished barn to save money on hotels. They got into an argument, according to [Nadia] Naffe, and O’Keefe abandoned her in the barn, refusing to take her to a train station so she could go home.

Naffe also alleges that she began to feel physical disorientation, and was eventually unable to move under her own control, after sharing beer with O’Keefe. She said O’Keefe and a friend eventually drove her to Penn Station in New York and thatO’Keefe and his friend had to help her into the car, and that she passed out during the ride. She says she woke up at the train station, and later noticed items, including panties, missing from her luggage.

Mediaite seems to be very, perhaps overly, confident that this will destroy O’Keefe’s reputation forever and ever. Read on for O’Keefe’s character rebuttal regarding Naffe.

James does not risk it all by walking into lions’ dens and be distracted by rabbits. What sort of womanizer sends a woman to the barn?

You were sent to the barn for a reason, Nadia.

O’Keefe: “The outcome of the probable cause hearing speaks for itself.
If you refuse to publish the fact this person was arrest for domestic violence in 2001 — public record, and you refuse to publish the fact this person sued the Bush/Cheney campaign in 2004, you will be acting in willful disregard for the truth.”

Nadia did sue the Florida Republican Party, the Republican National Committee and the Bush-Cheney re-election campaign in 2004 for “racial discrimination, a racially hostile work environment and retaliation,”

It’s also true that she was arrested, and cleared, of Domestic Abuse, according to court records.

But when you read the actual transcript, it turns out that the allegations are quite different from the portrayal by Olbermann and Shuster. According to the transcript, we learn that after O’Keefe had left, Naffe decided she wanted to leave, and insisted that O’Keefe return to the barn. She claimed to be feeling sick, which she suspected was from the alcohol she had drunk: “I thought the alcohol had made me sick.” Apparently not suspecting O’Keefe of having done anything wrong, she tried to get him to come back to the barn. He initially refused:

But he refused to come back to the barn. He said that all he cared about was his project. He insisted that I spend the night there and that we take the matter up in the morning. He wanted to go shoot videos the next day.

Maybe O’Keefe wasn’t “into her” because she’s a man.

Looks more like a pony to me but at any rate it doesn’t belong in the house. Or the car.

No matter what the the truth is, they are going to “Fluke” O’Keefe. They are going to go after him and try and get media to boycott his stories and use this to discredit anything he does.

You can see it coming from a mile away. It won’t work, but they are going after every truth-teller the conservatives have. Like I said- it beats a heart attack.

Right. The story fits a classic line. He came there to work. She apparently was or became inebriated. An altercation ensued and he left saying we'll have to take this up in the morning after you sober up. She, possibly, drunk called him later and begged him to come back. He rejected returning to the barn to be with her in that condition. She say, well then, I want to go home. He says, you are too drunk to leave now, just stay there until morning and then we can talk.

They waited for her to ‘calm down’, aka pass-out, threw her in the car and dumped her at the train station. It is the classic drunk girl ditch. It happens all the time. What is the big deal, that her panties were missing from her luggage?

Ok. Let's look at this. Obviously this is intended to imply some sort of sexual motivation. I guess. So James and his friend have a passed out girl in the car, and suddenly they regress to 15 year olds and want to see her panties. So one of them says, hey! I think I saw some panties in her luggage. Yeah, let's get them. Yeah, she'll wake up and she'll be all like, Where are my panties? And we'll be all like, I don't know. It'll be Great man! By the way, dude, why don't we just take the panties off of her? No way dude! That would be sick. I'm not a pervo, dude.

Ummm, Ok. Which one of these two seems more likely? What is even the issue here? Wow. America has gone insane.

Ok.

Panties missing from her baggage?

Baggage handlers are getting sloppy. They use to go for electronics, etc.

Do you mean she was in the barn because O’Keefe could not trust her to be around what he was working on. That he said the (refurbished ?) barn was to save motel money when he really didn't want her maybe spying or sneaking around what he was working on.

I'm not putting the barn down....have you seen some of the refinished barns Martha Stewart-type people have come up with? Pretty swanky!
