Marxists gang up on Old MacDonald’s Farm
Canada Freepress ^ | March 16, 2012 | Judi McLeod

Old MacDonald had a farm. Until the Marxists stepped in, that is.

With the American dream of the Constitutional Republic fast fading from view, the family farm is next on the Obama regime’s ever expanding hit list.

...The agenda to wipe out the family farm is being set by a deadly duo, George Soros, who is buying up farmland like some folks buy Black Friday goodies, and the Communist-cheered Secretary of Labor Hilda L. Solis.

We the People can count on food being the new frontier for takeover by control seeking Marxists frontier for takeover by control seeking Marxists installed in the White House.

...With public attention spread over a thousand and one freedom-zapping Obama policies, a trajectory of innocent-sounding new regulations from both the DOT and the Department of Labor began taking on the farm last summer. Like all things Marxist, the new rules sounded harmless.

In this case they covered ‘The Operation of Farm Equipment’. Once legislated, the new rules would hold young people working on family farms to the same strict rules that are required of truckers out on the freeways.

...“These rules would also open the door for the potential unionization of all farm workers in America. Even family farm workers.” (The Blaze, March 15, 2012).

From article

While Solis, identified on Nachumlist as one of the public officials having “Socialist/Communist ties in the White House” prepares to wipe out the family farm, George Soros is busy buying up millions of acres of prime farmland. “

.... “A fund controlled by George Soros, the billionaire hedge-fund manager, owns 23.4 percent of South American farmland venture Adecoagro SA. “Hedge funds Ospraie Management LLC and Passport Capital LLC as well as Harvard University’s endowment are also betting on farming.

After 22 years and an $8.5mm ag-business, they put me out of business with horrific taxes, oppressive rules & regs. It’s happening to thousands, every day.

Every federal regulatory agency in the country is taking turns raping first the farmers and then the manufacturers before starting all over again.

I'm SO sorry to hear that. My anger with him went over the boiling point a couple of years ago. I'm well into uncharted territory.

We the People can count on food being the new frontier for takeover...

When I think of Obama, and the Damien "Omen" series, I remember this line at the board meeting: "Gentlemen, our business is famine."

Famine is highly effective at controlling dissidents; just ask the Ukrainians.

Oh! Wait! You can’t. They starved to death.

Sorry to hear of your situation. If George Soros is buying farmland, I smell a manufactured famine coming on.

The missing MF Global, Corzine money impacted small farmers (still no criminal charges.) Why these funds?

Thanks. It’s over now and I’m glad I’m out of that war with the corrupt, burdensome state & federal gov’ts. Retirement at 62 bores me; time to find another career. But it’s a very bad time to start another business.

I agree that this whole thing is manufactured; it’s come to a head in just the last 3yrs, and is going to be catastrophic and Republic-ending for America, if 0bummer gets re-elected. So many in this country have no clue as to *what evil is coming this way*... if they allow him another 4yrs. He’s a destroyer, not a builder.

I’ve been worried since it began in earnest in 2008; now I’m just plain scared.

Having/owning all of the farmable, food-producing land is real power.

Controlling the food supply controls *everyone*; no exceptions.

And by driving small businesses like me - who created 70% of America’s jobs - out of business, they’re concentrating the real power in a few hands of their cabal’s own choosing, putting millions out of work and everyone on the “govt cheese”.

If the family farm comes to an end, the homeschooling movement may be their next target.

Not one peep from the leading republican candidates on this latest outrage. As the hapless Bob Dole complained in 1996, reviewing the crimes and obscenities of the Clinton regime, "Where is the outrage?"

We got Santorum yapping about god knows what next, Romney practicing his southern accent--in Puerto Rico. Where is Gingrich? This should be a hanging curve right in his wheelhouse.
