These two free events will take place Wednesday, March 21st and will feature Lord Monckton, one of the world's leading climate change skeptics, ardent affordable energy supporter Assemblywoman Shannon Grove and respected energy expert Tom Tanton.
Exciting and informative event on saving our economy and climate change regulations
Lord Monckton has served as a policy advisor to Margaret Thatcher, and his extensive knowledge concerning the facts about Global Warming, should provide a very informative afternoon and evening.
Tom Tanton is a close friend of CEU and a valuable advisor with over 40 years of experience in energy technology, serving as a guest lecturer at California State University, Sacramento, Executive Director of the American Traditions Institute and formerly as Vice President and Senior Fellow to the Institute for Energy Research.
All legislators have been encouraged to attend the afternoon hearing at the State Capitol. Another hearing will be held in the evening at the campus of CSU Sacramento in the Hinde Auditorium.
With the economy crushing rules and regulations contained in California's Cap and Trade and AB32, this topic is vital to getting our state back to work. The valuable information shared should be a great resource to all who attend. Here are the details:

I am a huge fan of the viscount.
However.
I think it is inappropriate for Americans to constantly refer to him as “Lord Monckton.”
His name is Christopher Monckton.
He bears a hereditary title of Viscount. I don’t think Americans should recognize titles, other than for heads of state.
As far as I’m concerned, he’s Chris Monckton and a hell of a guy. But he’s not a lord in my book. Not in America. When I’m in UK, I’ll try to follow their rules of etiquette.
Sacramento is sacred ground for the man-made global warming cultists. The California Air Resources skyscraper is like a steaming gigantic fortified statue of Al Gore.
FYI - We’ve had the coolest winter in my twenty five years here. Barely used our AC last summer. Twenty minutes of hail today... should have guessed a climate debate was on the horizon.
HOORAY Monckton BUMP!
