This was a hard clip to translate as one of the speakers was on a telephone and speaking very quickly. The shooter seems to be described as, ‘of black origin’ although we could stand to be corrected if that is not what is said.
That video was not able to identify the victims, but a later online report provides those details here:
Visiting school teacher Rabbi Yonatan Sandler and his sons Aryeh and Gavriel – all of the Kiryat Yovel neighborhood in Jerusalem – were identified as 3 of the victims of Monday’s shooting attack on the Ozar HaTorah Jewish school in Toulouse on Monday. Another victim, 8 year-old Miriam Monsonego, was the daughter of school principal Rabbi Yaacov Monsonego.Three children, ages 6-8, are fighting for their lives.The French television network BFM said the dead included a school teacher, his two children, and a 17-year-old male student. The daughter of the school’s principal, who had been critically injured, has also succumbed to her wounds.

In an apparently separate incident, threatening letters were sent to two Parisian synagogues on Monday. According to the French Police, letters saying, “You are the people of Satan, hell awaits you” were sent to synagogues in the capital’s eighth and 19th arrondissements.Now who would be concerned with Satan more - Muslims or Extreme-right nationalists? I betting the shooter is of North African Muhammedan descent.

The three recently murdered soldiers were of North African origin, and a fourth who was injured is from the French Caribbean. Now Jewish people.
Looks more and more like neo-nazis. Sky News here is reporting that three soldiers last year who also come from the barracks the dead soldiers are from were expelled from the French Army because of extreme neo-nazi behaviour, including dressing up in nazi clothes and taking nazi salute photos.
The latest from the Ministry of the Interior is that there was one weapon used in all the killings. There are indications that a neo-nazi, neo-fascist element within the military is suspected.
Eyewitnesses reported the killer had a tatoo, a hallmark of these groups.
