President Barack Obama blamed Fox News for his political woes in a private meeting with labor leaders in 2010, saying he was “losing white males” who tune into the cable outlet and “hear Obama is a Muslim 24/7,” according to journalist David Corn’s new book, “Showdown.”
In “Showdown: The Inside Story of How Obama Fought Back Against Boehner, Cantor, and the Tea Party” — which hits bookstores on Tuesday — the Washington bureau chief for Mother Jones chronicles the White House from the 2010 midterm elections to the start of the 2012 campaign. The book focuses on key moments of Obama’s presidency, such as Osama bin Laden’s assassination, the repeal of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, the Arab Spring, the debt ceiling crisis, and the president’s dealings with Congress.

I watch Fox News 24/7 (background noise) and have never heard them say anything about Obama being a Muslim. What a crock!
If Obama doesn't want to be confused with Islam, try 1) being nicer to Jews and Christians, at least believing Jews and Christians 2) don't go bowing and scraping and apologizing in terrorist-supporting countries.

The viewership for cable news is not that large.
Even ‘spectacular’ cable news broadcasts can barely get 7 million viewers. The more popular ones average a couple of million. Most average a few hundred-thousand.
It isn’t FoxNews that has made Obama’s numbers fall; it’s Obama.
With Obama, every ill is someone else’s fault.
That kind of character trait probably existed when Obama was in grade school, secondary school, college, the IL Senate, the US Senate. We know, as President, he blames everyone else.
Bush’s fault.
Palin’s fault.
Tea Party’s fault.
Fox News’ fault.

Yes, when Holder makes obvious color/race based decisions, color/race come to mind but that would be their fault not mine.
I honestly thought his election, while bad for the country, would have been good for race relations but because the entire administration is so racist they have poured napalm on a few burning embers of racism until it is now an out of control 10 alarm fire.

Bet David Corn doesn't sell too many of his books. Seems to me he used to be a regular "lib balance" commentator on FOX. I seem to remember him as one of the more inane libs FOX used.
