Exclusive: Drinking during Kim’s Mourning Period... Vice Defense Minister Shot in Public

A Deputy Chief of Staff also shot for a sexual misconduct

Kim Jong-eun, Vice Chairman of Party’s Central Defense Commission, purged senior military figures in an attempt to establish discipline in military after Kim Jong-il’s death, according to sources on Mar. 20.

They said, “Last January, Kim Jong-eun gave an order to ‘eliminate anybody who did outrageous things during General’s (Kim Jong-il’s) mourning period.’ We have intelligence that a Deputy Chief of General Staffs was arrested for committing a sexual misconduct during Kim’s mourning period and shot.” General Staffs command N. Korea’s military operations during war-time period, receiving direct orders from the Commander-in-chief (Kim Jong-eun.) There are 6~7 Deputy Chief of Staffs in charge of different areas. They have ranks of three or four star generals and on a par with Assistant Cabinet Minister. It is not yet clear which one of them was shot.

In a related episode, a senior government figure said on the same day (Mar.20,) “We know that a Vice Minister of Defense was also shot in public early this year for drinking during Kim’s mourning period.”

Hmmm...must have been afraid people wouldn't be sufficiently sad the old commie tyrant croaked, so they temporarily outlawed drinking.

Stuck in NORK without a drink, let's see you smile now!

During these mourning periods they have people with checklists. You had better show up to publicly mourn Dear Leader at least twice.

Not doing so can not just endanger you but your entire extended family.

That would gladden some of the local Harper Valley PTA pedophilia obsessives.

I also read that people caught reading “propaganda” pamphlets dropped by balloons from the south are shot in front of their extended families and then those 3 generations of extended families are shipped on the concentration camps where they pretty much be treated worse than any of us can imagine.

Everyone is ordered to collect 10kg of scrap metal for the state, or otherwise pay the government what is about a months pay.

This is simply the largest slave plantation in the world.

The more times you show up to mourn, the better to memorize the checklist-checkers (checkists), the better for them to disappear at some future point.

Good soju will do that. The Honorable General probably was facinf “Lost Weekend” and said: “What the Hell I’ll take take a chance”. Looks like there’s no AA under “Dear Newest Leader”. Shootings will continue until discipline in the heirarchy improves!

Remember, Jimmy Carter sent condolences on Kim Jong il’s passing, and SENT A DIRECT MESSAGE TO Kim Jong Eun congratulating him on his new post as Supreme Leader and “WISHING HIM LUCK”. You cannot make this stuff up. Carter should be ashamed.

Sure hope the next dictator has more decisions of this kind when he takes over later this year, or better yet, month. One key to ruling by fear is a disparity between fear of disobedience and the fear of obedience.

Over here, he’d hit Betty Ford, the talk shows, write a book, and have his own reality show.

English version of this article just came out on Chosun Ilbo’s site:

http://english.chosun.com/site/data/html_dir/2012/03/21/2012032100823.html

Kim Jong-un ‘Purged Top Brass of Dissenters’

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has purged high-ranking military officers to consolidate his grip on power after the death of his father Kim Jong-il, it emerged on Tuesday.

A source familiar with North Korea said Kim Jong-un ordered officials in January to remove anyone caught misbehaving during the mourning period for Kim Jong-il. “We have information that an assistant chief of the General Staff Department was arrested and shot by firing squad on charges of sexual harassment during the mourning period,” the source added.

The General Staff Department takes orders directly from Kim Jong-un in wartime and commands the entire North Korean military. There are six or seven assistant chiefs under Gen. Ri Yong-ho, the chief of General Staff. It remains unclear which assistant chief was purged.

A high-ranking government official here said, “To my knowledge, an assistant chief of the Ministry of the People’s Armed Forces was also put in front of a firing squad early this year for being drunk during the mourning period.”

Kim Sung-min of Free North Korea Radio, a former captain in the North Korean army, recalled that Kim Jong-il also carried out a bloody purge after the death of his father Kim Il-sung in the name of restoring public order. “There is a strong chance that Kim Jong-un is doing exactly what his father did,” he said.

NK is one giant insane asylum where both the inmates, guards, and managerial staff are all completely nuts. There will be something horrifying that eventually comes out on the world stage from this isolated cauldron of lunatics.

BTW, what ever happened to OBL’s ‘mourning period’?
