Tim Tebow traded to the NY Jets for a 4th round draft pick with the Broncos.
4th round pick. Wow.

Tebow is from the south and they use salt on their food there so the NY mayor will ban him.
I don’t know much about how this draft picks works. Does this mean that TT isn’t seen as valuable now or with more training to be a first draft choice?
Considering his new head coach’s colorful vocabulary and well publicized fascination with female footsies it will be interesting to see how the two interact.
Tim will take this with his usual grace and good attitude, and will arrive at his new team with a smile.
But sheesh, what a slap in the face. I just lost what respect I ever had for John Elway.

One article I read this morning said that all the pictures of Tebow that were at the Headquarters had been removed. They just tossed him aside like he was nothing, with no acknowledgement of what he meant to the fans last year. Elway’s gushing all over Manning, but I haven’t heard one word from him about Tebow.
Manning was gracious enough to say some kind words, but not Elway.
What are the Broncos going to do when they realize Manning can’t play anymore?
Oh come on... what do you expect them to do? Manning’s the new guy. You don’t keep the pictures of the old guy up. And Elway has said plenty of nice things about Tebow.

I don’t think Elway treated Tebow well in how this whole thing came about. The pictures were down before the deal was even announced. I know they’re excited to have Manning, but they could show a little more class. Elway may have said nice things about Tebow in the past, but I haven’t heard him say anything about Tebow since this whole Manning frenzy began. He just tossed him.
