Think about it for a minute... There's Dr. No, Dr. Doom, Dr. Evil, Dr. Octopus, etc... It's because they're training the next generation of super villains. To quote Dr. Sheldon Cooper, You know, it's amazing how many super villains have advanced degrees. Graduate schools should do a better job of screening those people out.
