In 25 years as a Prosecutor I only had a judge recuse themselves one time and that was because they were neighbors with one of the witnesses.
NO chance of any recusal.

I don't think that any liberal feels a fealty to the practices and customs of the power position that they hold.
Having attained her seat on the Supreme Court, I don't expect Kagan to follow the example of Scalia, or anyone else.

I guess someone needs to push the question but Tom knows (hopefully) that she was put on the court for these specific reasons. The chance of her recusal is the same as no sun tomorrow.
