Tax receipts is the best gauge on how well a State is doing. They have not yet started lying about tax receipts.
So, CA is still a basket case. They declared war on free enterprise years ago and are realizing the consequences. They have the waelthy class, the government class and the poor. Who will vote against the status quo.
