The major problem with THE NINE SUPREMES is that they are chosen for political reasons by the POTUS, and then they vote as an un-accountable democracy, for a Nation that is NOT a Democracy, but a REPUBLIC.
As a result, THE NINE SUPREMES commonly vote 5 to 4 on most issues. Constitutionality is seldom a consideration, and their up-coming ruling on Obama”care” will prove my point.
Now is the time to stand and deliver to address our grievances to the dictates of the Left.
Oppose the dictates of Dictator Baby-Doc Barack!
Our ONLY chance to ABOLISH Obama”care” rests with THE NINE SUPREMES, because Romney will be defeated by Obama.
IMHO, if Romney is anointed as the RNC Nominee, THE main issue in the National Election, Obama”care,” will be taken off the campaign table. Hence, Romney will not only lose, but suffer another crushing, and sadly typical, RINO defeat.
To those who want poster ideas, here are a few ideas for demonstration posters:
Obama”care” was robo-signed by Congress, and is therefore illegal.
Obama”care” was 2700 pages long, and is still being written, but not by Congress: witness the forced contraception coverage recently added by HHS Regulators.
Obama”care” has caused “The Catholic Spring.”
Obama”care” reduces competition, and therefore is illegal by the 1890 Sherman Anti-Trust Law.
Obama”care” is designed to be a US Federal Government monopoly, with no competition.
Obama”care” also is illegal according to the US Constitution, because it violates our freedom of choice.
Will THE NINE SUPREMES notice any of these three violations? I seriously doubt it.
Impeached Bill Clinton proved that the US President is above US Federal Law, so anything that the President wants he gets, regardless of the Federal Laws that he has violated.
Only reason I’m a 24/7 subscriber is so that I never miss a Steyn performance. And unlike Rush he takes callers.
Rush doesn’t deserve his faithful listenership. At the most he takes 4 to 5 calls over the whole 3 hours. Many of those calls are just before a station break or commercial so that the caller has less than a minute to speak.
Or he interrupts and summarizes the caller’s thoughts and cuts him off. Guess he figures he has nothing to learn from the folks.
He treats his callers like he did the lovely Marta at CPAC some years back. Rush was winding down his speech when she came on stage waiting to be introduced. Rush never acknowledged her, left her standing there for a good 40 minutes as he got wound up and went overtime in his speech.
If he really valued his audience- his family he calls them - you’d think he’d listen to them and show them some respect. Especially now when he is having sponsorship issues.

I don’t know; I’d rather listen to Rush than to an annoying caller (as some of them turn out to be).

Taking calls is a sign of unpreparedness.
Paying for 24/7 just to listen to Steyn when you can steam the program most
any time of day is a sign of mental illness.

I’ve never called in to Rush, but I know disrespect when I see it. I’ll never understand how people rush like sheep to defend a guy who doesn’t care one whit about them. Won’t even spend 10 minutes out of a 3 hour program with them.
Why call it a talk show? It’s a listen show. Hannity is even worse.

That’s why it’s clownish to spend money just to hear him on 24/7 when you can stream it for free about anytime you want.

I’m just saying that Rush is showing his lack of respect for his listeners. Taking calls just before his station breaks and interrupting the caller shows disrespect. He has a funny way of showing his thanks for all the support he is getting with his advertising problems. That was my point, but you just want to take off on me.

Yeah, I get irritated at Rush too. On the other hand sometimes he just sends it out of the park! I never listen to the show after 2:30 or the last few segments of each hour. Mostly adds.
