All three pictures originally came from the Montgomery County Police Department’s Facebook page. The cops were having a lot of fun with it too, and just made the guy put his tag back on the car. Turns out that he goes around to hospitals and does performances as Batman for very sick kids to cheer them up. A real class act!

I was 1st wondering if he was a local superhero like that man in Seattle(?).
