I sincerely doubt Huckabee’s dull show would ever overtake Rush’s (I’d never listen to this brush ape), but just imagine if he did get Rush off the air. The next time he gave a speeceh at a Pubbie gathering, he would be booed mercilessly. His name would be mud. Instead of just being a dull pol, he’d be an extremely umpopular dull pol.
Same problem in Philadelphia. The Big Talker 1210 AM carries Rush from 12-3 but prempts him whenever there is an afternoon Phillies game. Bummer even though I love the Phils.
and what was the state of radio before Rush? how well was am radio doing? what would happen to those stations if they took Rush off? how well does advertising sell on the stations with a liberal format? remember air america? how well did they do? There could very well be 600 fewer radio stations when Rush decides to retire! a lot of short memories!

I recall the e-mail exchanges I had with then- WMAL program director Paul Duckworth — and the boycott in numbers helped the station go back to Citadel (the parent company at the time) and they changed their mind and put Plante back.
WMAL now knows that they can’t pull this sh*t on Plante’s listeners. We are strong and we’re huge in numbers.
And he talks even more than some of the current candidates we know. The Moderates will love him! (The few that listen to talk radio that is.)

I’m not a fan of Huckabee at all, I don’t even watch his Fox show.
I won’t either. Rush is the man. He opened my eyes years ago and I have followed him ever since.
I would like to know what importance does a college student have except being a sucker or stooge.
People aren’t scared; people are mad. We are sick and tired of the lies of left. They are going down.
Huckabee is a turncoat. I hate people who pretend to be something they are not. He could never fill Rush’s shoes. He is a pig just like his son who hung a dog at camp.
When this earlier story appeared last week, I emailed the program directors and station managers at WMT, KXEL and WHO to thank them for airing The Rush Limbaugh Show.
