There are several working this to hype the racism side, hang Zimmerman and play the race card for poor widdle treyvon. The most insidious thing about this ‘work’ these stealth lefgtist/racists are doing is the exploitation of black people on pure deceitful emotion. Some are too stupid to see that the white democrat power bosses are manipulating this tragedy for political diversion purposes and to ‘ unify the black vote’ around lies and hate now being generated even on FR by the posters such as org.whodat, Alice in Obamaland, wtc911, just to name three of the agitprop provocateurs spinning the yarns to knit hate and mayhem for their little barry bastard’s re-election. Post any Florida statute that was violated by Zimmerman, and the evidence released to the public that supports probable cause to conclude Zimmerman violated that statute.

So it's clear this isn't about believing Zimmerman broke any actual law, it's about people "feeling like" Zimmerman should be charged.
Very scary, if you ask me. If one is to call for someone to stand trial, should one not have a legal basis upon which to do so?

Total agreement. There is no way, based on the evidence we have now, Mr Zimmerman can be convicted of any crime (and you hear it from one who’s not among Zimmerman’s defenders.)

If you really mean you are glad he's dead, that is a sick thing to say.
It is entirely reasonable, and consistent with all known facts, to believe that Zimmerman acted in self-defense, even though Martin was a basically good kid, who certainly does not deserve to be dead. But he is dead, as a result of a tragic chain of events involving poor judgment by both parties.
Friends of both young men say they were friendly, decent, good people. That's the tragedy here.
I'm wondering if Trayvon had gotten into hormone supplements to bulk up, and his personality may have changed, making him more aggressive and less restrained. He was clearly much bigger than Zimmerman and it appears from the police data that Martin was the aggressor. Would we the public even hear of it now if Martin was found to have been using 'enhancement drugs' for his weight training? I mean, the irrational hatred Jackson, Obama, Sharpton, and a few swine posting at FR have generated blocks rational discussion and foments the hate democrat lsut for in order to keep racial tensions on their side of election numbers. Sad that no black people seem able to discern that manipulation.
You’re right as far as I know, now. Zimmerman never attempted to talk with Trayvon. This just adds more support to the conclusion Trayvon was freaked by Zimmerman and over reacted by punching him. The emotional tug remains that you can completely understand why Trayvon was freaked. Still, he had zero right to hit Zimmerman and that’s why I think in the end Zimmerman remains free...in spite of his ‘cop’ want to be over the top behavior. Again this is a complete tragedy.
By the way, I’m a white dude. Several yeasr ago I was 30 minutes early for a doctors appointment so, I decided to walk around the block a few times to kill time. On my third lap I was approacked by a hispanic man who wanted to know why I kept passing by the ‘daycare center’ so many times,
“Wow.” I thought. This guy suspects I might be a perve. And, even though I was mostly nervous about my appointment, I could see how I might have looked suspicious to him.
Still, I didn’t get all defensive and angry....and punch the dude square in the jaw. I simply thanked the dude for looking out for the neighborhood. No harm. No foul.
The fact is, we are still at a point in our society where a white dude like me is thankful neighbors are looking out for neighbors but, a black kid like Trayvon’s first impression is that Zimmerman was there to beat him down and felt so threatened he was compelled to violence.
Who knows why I look at the world differently than Trayvon? I do know that when Al Sharpton purposely turns it into a circus and President Obama strikes his ‘civil rights’ pose as if we’re all still living in the year 1812, this only stirs the pot further.....as opposed to helping all of us come to a better understanding of each other.

The police report lists Martin as 6'0" 160 pounds. This is likely only an estimate, but still indicates a young man who does not appear "bulked up." Zimmerman is listed at 5'9" and no weight entered. That's only three inches shorter than Martin.
There is only witness testimony to the fact that Martin appeared to be prevailing in the fight immediately before the shooting. There is no evidence I have seen (other than Zimmerman's account) that Martin was "the aggressor," and I think it is important to keep that in mind.
Nobody disputes that Martin was in the neighborhood legally, and was not engaged in any criminal acts when this chain of events began. It is entirely possible that at the time the witness saw the fight, both young men believed they were fighting for their lives.
By itself, that would not necessarily invalidate Zimmerman's claim of self-defense. Martin does not have to be a bad guy for Zimmerman to have felt threatened. It is quite clear that both of them had the opportunity to avoid a fight by simply talking to each other, and it is really tragic that they did not.

Martins voice is not on any recording screaming or begging for help but the voice of Zimmerman is...
Plus Martins father and other witnesses say it was not Martins voice..
