This is a constitutional crisis. The cloud hangs not only over Obama, but over the Presidency and the Republic. It is absolutely inconceivable to me that no state with a Republican administration has stepped up to vet this candidate. That is where our "fire" should be targeted.
You are right about the Republican state governments. They should remove 0b0z0 from their ballots and let him sue, appeal or go to SCOTUS. He can use the due process afforded to him if he wishes. He would be crazy to do so, but you never know.
The only problem is that Republican politicians are what they are, spineless cowards who are following the RNC's admonishment to "leave POPULAR 0b0z0 alone!"
We shouldn't leave THEM alone come Election Day.
