I heard today that Mitt’s company Bain owns Etch-a-sketch and sales have increased with the recent buzz.

Millions of dollars have been spent making him inevitable. Billions maybe if you add in all the free promotional help he’s gotten from the media.

And that doesn’t include the cost of all the souls that have been sold by the likes of Jim DeMint and Pat Toomey and the rest of the sellouts.

20% support him.
20% are resigned to his nomination.
Many others continue to fight.

It will be suicidal politically to go into the fall election with him.
CNN is already saying that Romney will have a lot of explaining to do about Romneycare. They are becoming very confident ( and giddy) that most of us are accepting Romney. We have to head to an open convention-no doubt about it for our future-I want good chances of winning and if we do not get our base energized; we are not going to be able to stop Obama (no matter how much Obama scares people because there’s a large group of voters who have given up- by thinking with good reason) that constructive changes will ever come- so, they figure why even care any longer) We have to give that group a reason to become trusting of a change in the DC machine on and within both sides.

The ruling republicans have beaten down the conservatives by showing they really do not want us seated at their table. if we don’t change this-we have to do another party so we can save our country. ( people have been warning about this for years-look where we are at-about ready to give the ok for a liberal who set gay marriage into law as our leader-how can anyone go vote for him-he cannot be trusted? Open convention is our only chance to get a stronger candidate.

(Once Newt is out, I am not helping the machine-he is the only reason that I am interested in hoping he can get in to make changes and I don’t care who does not like him-he can make changes and of course, my dream ticket with Palin)

Even with the worst president in history to run against, I am afraid the Romney will lose in a landslide.

On the plus side, Romney will win Utah by a much larger margin than Republicans usually do.

Once Newt is out, I am out.

With tears in my eyes, a gut full of regret and rage in my heart, I will watch this country burn to the ground before I ever vote for either of the remaining dipsticks in the race. BUT, it doesn’t matter, because the GOP-e and Fox news have lead the way to insure an Obama victory, regardless of how I might have voted.

A couple of years ago, there is no way in hell that I would have made such a statement, but lacking a miracle, this race was over a long time ago.... and now I finally know it.

While I have hoped for a better future for our country, I have prepared for worse.

Perhaps others will be able to rebuild from the ashes.... I do wish them well.

Now I will go listen to Reagan’s words, that often puts me in a better mood. ;>)

I sure don’t think that Sketch Romney can defeat Obama, but even if he does, I don’t see much of a gain.

I don’t believe that Romney hates Whites and he doesn’t hate this country... for me, that’s about the only difference between the two. Oh, I suspect that Sketch sunburns faster than Obama.

I think we are almost at the point where we can no longer hide from the storm..... and we will now be forced to dance in the rain.

I think the anti-Mitt people ought to show up at his rallies with Etch-A-Sketches and silently wave them above their heads while he talks. Think it would be a continuing and powerful photo-op.

I pray we can at least make it for an open convention as Newt also wants
Even then, we may not get a good conservative, but it will keep the BHO machine in the dark even longer before they know who they have to go after and leave them a lot less time to mount a dirty smear campaign. That could make a big difference.

Like you, I still pray for Newt - our country really needs him. But we definitely can’t afford to get stuck with Mittens. The other two losers the elites would love to see are Jeb Bush and Mitch Daniels. Ugh.

I had such hopes for this election year, and so far it’s turned out to be a nightmare, candidate by candidate.

I hate to say and see it but my feeling is, if Romney gets nominated Obama is going to win and this is the reason that there is relatively very little bad mouthing from the left media as apparently they have come to the same conclusion and are elated to see this happening. Unfortunately way too many people are too ignorant and can not see through this scheme.

Most true conservatives, including myself have a distain for Romney and will not vote for him. May be this Great Country will have to hit bottom very, very hard much to the delight of the likes of a George Soros and the ones whose strings he is puling and who in turn make their money by creating and keeping their fellow man in misery.

Maybe, just maybe enough people will wake up and say enough is enough. I always have been sure about two things in life which was death and taxes and more lately have added a third and this is that things can not continue the way they are, before something bad will happen. What it will be only heaven knows and time will tell.
