A friend of George Zimmerman, the man who shot unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Fla., told ABC News today that the voice heard howling on the tape of a 911 call was Zimmerman's, not the teen's.
The man, a black friend of the family who spoke to Zimmerman tonight, told ABC News that Zimmerman was weeping for days after the shooting, which sparked protests across the country, and he insisted that Zimmerman, who is Hispanic, is not a racist.
"We wanted to come forward because allegations of racism just aren't true. His friends speak highly of him," said attorney Greg Sonner, who has been representing Zimmerman for two weeks.
Zimmerman's friend said that the howls heard on the 911 call, which helped galvanize the nation against Zimmerman, in fact belonged to Zimmerman, not Martin.
A witness who saw Martin on top of Zimmerman told ABC News the same: the pleas for help were Zimmerman's.

Violate tennents of what, to be a victim? So, Zimmerman is guilty of
association. Why was Mr. Hoodie thug in a gated community? You seem to believe that anyone with a gun is hunting for a kill.

No one reported about Chicago’s “black yout “ flash mobs that attacked and beat up white students or raped and killed a young white girl.
Well, the problem is that he was “detained” not “arrested.” Bu thte repetition of the fact that he was not arrested gives an impression to the casual reader (most people) that he was just sent home.
Most people would think that is they put you in handcuffs and take you downtown (as was the correct thing to do with Zimmerman that night) you’ve been “arrested.”
Tap the brakes, FRiend. There is no evidence that he was a "thug" and it is indisputable that he was well within his rights to be in the neighborhood. He was residing as a guest of a resident (his father and father's fiancé.)
It is entirely reasonable, and consistent with all known facts, to believe that Zimmerman acted in self-defense, even though Martin was a basically good kid, who certainly does not deserve to be dead. But he is dead, as a result of a tragic chain of events involving poor judgment by both parties.
Friends of both parties say they were friendly, decent, good people. That's the tragedy here.

There are still anti-black racists in our country - not all racists are pro-Obama bigots who hate whites - even if the race hustlers never seem to find one for these stories, and one of the remaining anti-black racists might some day shoot an innocent kid. That makes it important to report this story, even if it is fake.

I don't think either one displayed poor judgement. If the claim by the girlfriend of Trayvon Martin is true, that the two of them had the following exchange, and to paraphrase:
Why are you following me...why are you hereThen their actions and behavior up to that point are perfectly reasonable and rational. Whatever happened, happened after this point. That's if what the girlfriend said is true. I have no idea either way because it hasn't been documented to my knowledge.
My personal belief, so far, is that a disputed, but not necessarily contentious, social situation triggered something personal in one of them, and it happened quickly.
SPD will likely do anything to make this go away.
Another entity with their hand on the smelly end of the stick may be the community HOA.
By allowing Zimmerman to repeatedly flank post in the community, he became their agent. Though perhaps operating on a self-determined schedule, Zimmerman appears to have operated in an unregulated and unaccountable manner. A literal loose gun.
It may be argued that HOA silence regarding the methods and frequency of his patrols created the environment in which an incident could occur. It was simply an incident looking for an opportunity. Hope their liability insurance is paid up.
I am pretty sure those screams were before the gunshot? Why would Martin be screaming? He had no reason to scream. Unless he screamed at the sight of the gun. Hell, why would he scream after the gunshot, from what I understand, it should have killed him instantly. I am sure the police can figure out who the screams actually came from using experts. However, it makes no sense to me, that the screams are from Martin.
