The president jumps into the Trayvon Martin controversy without all the facts being known, essentially calling for the shooter to be arrested and convicted, and yet it is GOP cadidates criticizing the president who are "reprehensible" according to Obama advisor David Plouffe? CNN:
White House senior adviser David Plouffe did not mince words Sunday when talking about the reaction by Republican presidential candidates Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich to President Barack Obama's comments on the Trayvon Martin shooting."Those two comments are really irresponsible. I would consider them reprehensible," Plouffe said on CNN's "State of the Union." "I think those comments were really hard to stomach, really, and I guess trying to appeal to people's worst instincts."...

This is the second racial incident in which Obama has jumped the gun and either criticized "stupid" police as he did in the Gates controversy, or local authorities as he did last Friday in the Trayvon Martin tragedy. The former Constitutional law professor doesn't get it. When the president weighs in on a flashpoint controversy like this, he colors everyone's perception - including police, local courts, and his own DoJ.
In the Gates matter, his statement about police acting stupidly was given before it came out that Mr. Gates, who had every right to be on his own property, had no right to become belligerent and refuse to cooperate with police. In the Martin tragedy, a witness - ignored in the first hours after the incident occurred - has stepped forward and said that Martin attacked the shooter. This is consistent with injuries noted by police on Zimmerman when they arrived on scene.

The media should be questioning why this president feels this desperate need to insert himself into issues that are best left up to law enforcement and the judiciary.
The race riots will begin within 24 hours of the time the DA announces that no charges will be filed.
Plouffe is just simply using the race card, he and Obama have nothing else to run for re-election on!!! At the end of the day, Obama, Plouffe, obama’s adminstration, the multitude of hateful Black racists will gain nothing from their rants of hatred and revolt!!! I do not know the facts surrounding this horrible incident of murder or self-defense. I trust our legal system will work to determine what actually occurred, and in the end, justice will be served as the true facts surface.
Obama, and all the Black racist brothers were dead wrong into jumping to conclusions before all the facts are known and proven. There will be plenty of time after a legal judgement is rendered to rant and rave from both sides. The issue in this sad story that makes me mad, is how everyone is jumping the gun so to speak before all the facts are viewed. I honestly do not know what really happened and who is at fault. I do know though that the left has concluded that Zimmerman is guilty, period. The biggest offender is Our President who stated the we need to do “soul searching”..............
For what, is he drawing a conclusion before knowing all the facts. Will this lead to another “beer summit” moment.

New Black Panther leader Mikhail Muhammad announced the reward during a protest in Sanford Saturday. And when asked whether he was inciting violence, Muhammad replied defiantly: “An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.”
The bounty announcement came moments after members of the group called for the mobilization of 10,000 black men to capture Zimmerman, who shot Trayvon in a gated Sanford community on Feb. 26.
Muhammad said members of his group would search for Zimmerman themselves in Maitland — where the 28-year old worked before the shooting, employees there told the Orlando Sentinel. He declined to say when the group would begin their search.

My gut instinct tells me the Supreme Court is going to uphold the basic framework of Obamacare with perhaps a 5 to 4 vote. I figure Kennedy is just left enough that he won’t want to cause a meltdown by chucking the very legislation and idea that this administration strove to obtain power to enact in the 1st place. There is no record (other than his say-so) of Obama ever being a "professor". His utter disregard for the Constitution suggests an abysmal lack of knowledge on the subject. I will be willing to withdraw my opinion when anyone claiming to be a former student of Constitutional law under professor Obama can produce a transcript showing participation in such a course of study.
