Lacrosse is one of fastest sports in the US but there hasn’t been many teams move from club to varsity because of title IX as they would have cut a mens sport or add another women sport to be in compliance. It is sad as I think there are 60 varsity teams but over 200 or 300 club teams in colleges.. It is sad as NCAA is missing out on potentially adding more revenue generating sports in the future..
The girls play lacrosse, sort of I guess though I cannot quite figure out how.
Despite the sad result this weekend for UVa, I still have high hopes for Memorial Day.

Equality is not the goal. If it were there would be sports team not separated by gender and modified rules. No women’s soccer or golf, just soccer and golf. Interestingly, what is wanted by women is “separate but equal, “ a concept most thought abandoned in 1954.

Actually women Lacrosse is closer to the game Indians played in this country..However, mens lacrosse is alot more fun to watch and I predict will be big spectator sport in next 10 years as it combines basketball, hockey, soccer, football all one one sport..
American men have lost control of American women. Contraceptives and Title IX are two of the many reasons. The Bible is the solution, if it’s not too late.
