Putin, and his handlers, don’t know what Obama, and his handlers, are up to.
There are previous agreements, but nothing definitive or on an exact timeline.
They are not (or are acting as such) working together.
Why would a mole be this direct? Plans within plans. Are they prompting for a reaction? Surely Putin knows all about what is going on.

Whatever Obama’s up to, it won’t be something we like. I believe he already gave some islands away to Russia. Putin doesn’t seem to like him. I know less than you about them but, like you, I pray for him to be gone soon!!
