Trayvon Martin's mother files to trademark son's name
Orlando Sentinel ^ | March 26, 2012 | Walter Pacheco

The mother of slain teen Trayvon Martin wants to trademark her son's name in the slogans, "I am Trayvon" and "Justice for Trayvon," according to two petitions filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Federal documents show Sybrina Fulton, the teen's mother, is the owner of the trademark petitions, which were filed online March 21 by her attorneys Kimra Major-Morris and Natalie Jackson of the Women's Trial Group.

The trademarks, if granted, would cover digital materials, including DVDs, CDs and audio recordings featuring Trayvon. Each trademark application costs $325.

Still the Saul Alinsky Playbook .............."Alinsky argued for moral relativism in fighting the establishment: “In war the end justifies almost any means. . . . The practical revolutionary will understand [that] in action, one does not always enjoy the luxury of a decision that is consistent both with one’s individual conscience and the good of mankind.”

Where did Alinsky get this amorality? Clues can be found in a Playboy magazine interview he gave in 1972, just before his death. In the closest thing to a memoir Alinsky left, he told how he decided to do his (never-completed) doctoral dissertation in the 1930s on the Al Capone mob, and to do it as “an inside job.” He caught the eye of Big Ed Stash, the mob’s top executioner, and convinced him he could be trusted as a sort of mob mascot who would interpret its methods to the outside world. “He introduced me to Frank Nitti, known as the Enforcer, Capone’s number-two man,” Alinsky told Playboy. “Nitti took me under his wing. I called him the Professor and I became his student. Nitti’s boys took me everywhere.”

Alinsky recalled that he “learned a hell of a lot about the uses and abuses of power from the mob,” and that he applied that knowledge “later on, when I was organizing.” The Playboy interviewer asked, “Didn’t you have any compunction about consorting with — if not actually assisting — murderers?” Alinsky replied: “None at all, since there was nothing I could do to stop them from murdering. . . . I was a nonparticipating observer in their professional activities, although I joined their social life of food, drink, and women. Boy, I sure participated in that side of things — it was heaven.” .................

Poor woman is being used since she is grieving.

Those groups will take advantage of her.

Though, she may trust those groups more-so.

“If I had a son...”

is it true?
the Miami Herald is claiming that Trayvon was found on one occassion at school with a screwdriver in knapsack (try that at YOUR school - or any airport for that matter!), along with “12 pieces of jewelry” including wedding rings and diamond earrings that he claimed ‘a friend’ gave him... had been caught ‘defacing lockers’ with grafitti - for which he was suspended... had been suspended more than once...had a record of truancy...

(and, my own observation, had also apparently bought himself a 24kt grille on a $5/wk allowance).

Trayon was shot in a scuffle for the gun, after he was pounding Zimmerman’s head on the ground, after Zimmerman had already stopped following Trayon and had returned to his own vehicle, after Zimmerman was thrown up against Zimmerman’s truck from behind by Trayon, after Trayon bloodied Zimmerman’s nose, and after Trayon knocked Zimmerman to the ground and climbed on top of him whaling at his face and head, according to witnesses. ???

say it ain’t so, Joe, er Zero

This was not a young man that was running away from Zimmerman and was shot cold-blooded in the back. This was a young man who got caught up in the audacity of arrogance and maybe a little racism of his own, maybe even fanned by the so-called “leaders” influencing him, and decided to confront a smaller-statured “white hispanic” (new term for Wiki for sure) with violence —— and he got bit by the snake called open carry.

now what, Zero? your son?

Multiple suspensions paint complicated portrait of Trayvon Martin......."Trayvon’s backpack contained 12 pieces of jewelry, in addition to a watch and a large flathead screwdriver, according to the report, which described silver wedding bands and earrings with diamonds.

Trayvon was asked if the jewelry belonged to his family or a girlfriend.

“Martin replied it’s not mine. A friend gave it to me,” he responded, according to the report. Trayvon declined to name the friend.

Trayvon was not disciplined because of the discovery, but was instead suspended for graffiti, according to the report. School police impounded the jewelry and sent photos of the items to detectives at Miami-Dade police for further investigation.

..... That suspension was followed four months later by another one in February, in which Trayvon was caught with an empty plastic bag with traces of marijuana in it. A schools police report obtained by The Miami Herald specifies two items: a bag with marijuana residue and a “marijuana pipe.”

The punishment was the third for the teen. On Monday, the family also said Trayvon had earlier been suspended for tardiness and truancy."....

Hmm, I just have to ask:

- How could she do this in the midst of such mourning? And, so quickly??

- Who paid the trademark application fees (I don’t think you can use food stamps)?

- Who paid for the attorney fees (again, not covered under food stamps)?

- Will the Revs Al and Jesse get some (maybe all) of the royalty fees?

I wonder if Skittles will be calling them for an endorsement?

This is sick. If Zimmerman is cleared in all of this, I wonder what’s going to happen? There will be bodies in the street.

Now let me ax you a question: do you think trademarking little (little my arse:6’2) Trayvon’s name is gonna get you more stuff? Poor little innocent traipsing off to his daddy’s girlfriens house. How many brothers and sistern do Trayvon have?

Who broke the neighborhood watch volunteer’s nose? Who beat the back of his head up and down on the sidewalk? Did Trayvon possess some super human strenth that allowed him to do this after he dead?

That Al Sharptin and Jesse Jackson they there to hep you get as much for Trayvon as you possibly can. They there to comfort you and get as much of the face time in front of the cameras that they can.

Sounds as though Saint Skittles, aka Trayvon, wasn't the innocent waif the MSM and race-baiters portray him to be.

Dangerous time to be a light-colored dude in Sanford or Orlando now. Stores best be locking up as the mob will come marching in and get their stuff.

Poor little Trayvon? Who he?
