Witnesses Back Up Zimmerman's Account Of Attack In Trayvon Martin Shooting, Police Say

With a single punch, Trayvon Martin decked the neighborhood watch volunteer who eventually shot to death the unarmed 17-year-old, then climbed on top of George Zimmerman and slammed his head into the sidewalk several times, leaving him bloody and battered, authorities told The Orlando Sentinel.

That is the account Zimmerman gave police, and much of it has been corroborated by witnesses, authorities said.

None of this means that George Zimmerman is an innocent victim, however. He did provoke the confrontation.

Even by Zimmerman’s account, Martin did not attack from behind. He approached from behind, they had words, and he punched Zimmerman in the nose.

So, what would a court do in this case?

Guess what - if there were any reports of Zimmerman having his weapon out prior to a physical altercation or the CLEAR threat of a physical altercation with Martin, the cops would have arrested him. You CANNOT legally brandish a concealed weapon without cause.

So you have no proof that Zimmerman was trespassing, only your own conjecture that is clearly contrary to the facts we do know. You have NO PROOF that Zimmerman was brandishing his weapon at Martin.

Yet you continue to make such claims. While completely bastardizing clear conservative concepts of self-defense. And aligning yourself with the liberals and race pimps trying to make political hay from this event.
