Frustrated Senator Olympia Snowe Gives Obama an ‘F’
Yahoo News ^ | 27 March 2012 | By Jonathan Karl

If there were ever a Republican for President Obama to work with, it was Maine Senator Olympia Snowe. She was one of just three Republicans in the entire Congress to vote for his economic stimulus plan in 2009 and even tried to work with him on health care, but in an interview with ABC's Senior Political Correspondent Jonathan Karl, Snowe makes a remarkable revelation: She hasn't spoken to President Obama in nearly two years.

Snowe said that if she had to grade the President on his willingness to work with Republicans, he would "be close to failing on that point." In fact, Snowe, who was first elected to Congress in 1976, claims that her meetings with President Obama have been less frequent than with any other President...

She is delusional. She espouses the conservative line but spent her entire career voting against it. Useful idiot sounds like she is angry because her date stood her up for the prom.

Our morning radio show, here in Boston, had on the head of GOPAC this morning. His name was Donatelli. He went on and on about what a huge loss Snowe will be. That’s when I turned off the radio. If tho is what they consider the best and brightest we’re in deeper trouble than we imagine. I don’t think her seat will stay in the R column, however.

Zero already got everything he needed from her. Why should he speak to her anymore?

Perhaps Snowe could warn Fluke that it doesn't get any better if you allow yourself to be used casually.

Usually liberal republicans like Snowe go out firing at the ‘right wing’ of the party.

Yep. I heard an interview with Arlen Specter this morning, he referred to his friend Rick Santorum as a "far right wing" candidate of the type who have "cannibalized" the party.

Specter doesn’t think much of loyalty I guess....

I’m surprised at Sen Snowe’s remarks. For a “reasonable moderate” to say something like this must means she really be ticked off at BH0. I suppose now they will smear her as being just another far right winger who is part of the congressional effort to block 0bama’s program, yada yada.

Reagan was famous for working with Democrats to get support for key legislation. Obama not only has not worked with Republicans in Congress, he has failed to work effectively with members of his own party.

Obama simply does not know how to be President.
