All I got was a mostly blank screen, surrounded by ads for a dating service featuring scantily clad females.

Wow, that SUV shattered like a little plastic toy. I hope the driver and passangers knew Jesus. If not, they just met him. I watched it 3 times, all in disbelief.

Came up fine for me with no bad ads or pop ups.
Loaded a little slow.
I had a cross-over death happen right behind me just like this and it was on dry pavement. Saw it occur in my rear view mirror and stopped to call the Highway Patrol dispatcher. The dispatcher wanted to know why I said to send a life flight helicopter instead of an ambulance — I told her that life flight was probably going to do little good and if they really wanted the appropriate responder, just send the county coroner.

Here's what I found:
Its a russian video, this is the english translation from the youtube copy of this video- Accidents on the road M-7 in Petushki district of the Vladimir region near the village of Omutischi February 24. Nissan Navara car for the oncoming issued under the Freightliner. The driver of Nissan, the current one leg, and found part of it ... The girl wrote that she saw in this video how her friend died. His name was Alexander, said that was a good guy, an experienced driver. I was driving home to his wife and 2nd child ... February 24 happened. Funeral at 12:30 on February 28 in Balashikha ... The body is not given in the morgue ..... we (friends) looking for information on this accident, the day before .. it is a tragedy for us ... It's such grief. " Today, they copied the video and showed to his wife ... In general, all in shock. No one understands how it all happened. Here is the thing - when you write a summary and commentary, sometimes you do not see them living people, but when the personal element suddenly appears ... In general, the trouble and broken lives ...

Poor driver, and of course his family. The driver probably experienced sheer terror for a few seconds, but then the lights went out immediately. I pity the truck driver, who also probably peed himself and is probably still having nightmares and depression.
I was once hit broadside on the driver’s side by a taxicab at a city intersection — fortunately, at low enough speed that the only thing hurt was my car door. The look of horror on the cabdriver’s face was almost as bad as feeling my own terror. It took months to get over.

i didnt see a barrier between apposing traffic lanes - not many highways left in that area without some barrier function.

The truck driver made no attempt to avoid the suv; he didn’t brake, or swerve. He cannot possibly have been paying attention to what was happening around him.

Did you see any snow out there? Any signs of ice? A swerving semi would have possible taken out more than just the one vehicle. That driver should be commended for not doing any of that. Looked like the semi would maintain direction despite broadsiding a heavy object.

Good point. Drive a Forester with all studded snow tires. Have them on all the cars in the house (separate rims). It is a pain to change them all in April and November, but they make an incredible difference. I am amazed at the SUVs I see during the PA winters with summer tires.

I can’t tell if it is an SUV or a pickup with camper shell. The way the back end shatters it loos more like a camper shell and bed liner flying apart. Looks like one can see air bags or else the vehicle rolled under the large truck.
Tractor trailer appears to have attempted to steer a little bit towards the shoulder. After impact he appears to have jack-knifed with his cab going to the right and trailer aiming to the left.
